Just Perfect @ Good Ambience, Near To Market, 10 Star's for the Cook - Food Quality was really Fantastic, Rooms were Clean. Music System with Magic Show was Big add on Booster for Kid's. Truly Recommended

Awesome place to stay. Good Food. Good rooms. Good location. Good ambience. Good helping staff. Just one suggestion : Give bottle of water daily as complimentary. I know food is given complimentary with package but adding 1 water bottle will also be good. Thanks.

It was nice experience and all expenses were worth it beyond. The owner was very humble and fulfilled all our requirements at the moment. The staff was also supportive . There was nice ambience.nice view ,nice staff and delicious food. Overall very good experience.

We got such wonderful hospitality. Staying food and everything was Awesome. It was a speechless service by Maharaj at restaurant taste was fantastic and entire family happy with total facilities.

Worst experience I have ever had! The rooms were not up to the mark. Door mats were mucky. Mattress, bedsheets and blankets seemed to be used for years and years and not clean. No indoor games actually available as can be seen in pictures. Swimming pool is shared with Royal hotel (hotel in neighbouring area) hence is crowned at most times. No complaints about food, it was tasty and they served variety. Please plan and book a good property way too ahead if planning for a vacation during public holidays/ plan another tourist place 'but not this hotel'.

The rooms were in pathetic condition. Curtains were dirty, doormats were filthy, windows were closed with wooden logs. Dirty bedsheets. They charged 5k per night which was worth below 1k. There was power cut for the entire night. Thanks to the cool weather we could survive that night. Next morning there was no hot water for obvious reasons. Pathetic room service. Only one towel for a room was given and I had to literally argue for such a basic need. And the worst part is they have execuses for everything. And asks you to cancel the booking if you ask questions. No ettiquets. The swimming pool is also not in their property it is in the adjacent Royal Hotel with which it is shared. The only good experience was the food. Rest everything is way below average. We didn't have the option but to go this hotel as it was a long weekend and all the other hotels were fully occupied. But we regretted this decision. If you don't find any better option, visit matheran some other time but don't go for this hotel.
