Nice one time visit place. The location is bit inside but worth it for a total rustic experience. Rooms - They have different types of rooms as per requirements. Rooms are clean and basic. The pond and lake rooms have mosquitoes, so take necessary precautions. Food - good food and taste. Majority of the staff is from the local area and so the food is delicious authentic homemade. Activities- They have zipline, rice field, river visit, fishing , boating, cattle, bullock cart ride, bonfire and singing. They make and sell organic products from their farm produce. Bought a few of them. The pickles are tasty.

We had a family trip here and enjoyed every second of it. Food is delicious rooms are clean. Informative farm tour and various activities for entertainment. It is a great place for introducing kids to nature and other animals. Would like to visit again.

Great Resort for all age groups… We stayed on premium pond house for 36 hours ( 6000/p with all meal and activities) 5 star Room with a very posh washroom on a pond with great view from large gallery. Lot of activities to keep you engaged throughout the day. My 3 years old had a great time with so many birds and animals. Yummy village style veg food. Must Visit… Book well in advance as it’s always full, we booked 35-40 days in advance.

Best place that I have ever visited. It feels like my 2nd village. They have a very pretty good staff & overall our service is also good. It is a best place for enjoying actual tourism & the scenery is so beautiful. Here, the Atmosphere is so pleasant and silent. They have various animals & birds for exploring wildlife culture. The most lacking part of this place is that the food is not that tasty. But the biggest advantage is that they provide food for free & refills are unlimited. Overall very satisfied ♥️♥️♥️

A place to experience village life without going to a village. It is a calm, well maintained, hygienic place. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Food is awesome and hospitality is remarkable. There is a guide for every single family/group. Guides are well-mannered and knowledgeable about the farm. Got to see birds, fishes and animals. Happy to say they are well cared for and healthy! There were many trees, cabbages and other vegetable farming and lots of greenery. Pond House is a major attraction in the early morning or evening, as everyone is quiet and ducks are heard prominently. As a nature lover, I loved this place and recommend it to anyone who is looking for peaceful hang out with family or friends! 👌

It is an amazing place if you are looking forward to a one day picnic or a different experience in staying in ponds. The rooms were good. The location is very nice. As we visited in the rainy season, the atmosphere was too good. They have done a lot of plantations and a variety of plants in the available space. Day Activities covered were buffalo ride in the water, paddle boating, breakfast, lunch, tea etc. In my opinion they can improve on their number of activities. The food was good. The staff was cooperative and helpful. Further they have many products to sell but these are much costlier than current market rates for the similar products. They could have made more sales at competitive prices.

Great place to visit with friends and family. The food was home-like and delicious 😋. We got to see lots of trees like star fruit, kokam etc. and birds & animals like ducks, ostrich, goats, camel, iguana, etc. The let u hold the iguana. There activities too. The day we went it started raining heavily so dint get to spend more time had to leave after lunch. The staff there was very helpful and made sure we stayed safe and guided us through a route were there wasn't water logging to make sure we reach home safely. Will surely visit once more to explore the place and activities in future!

Their service is awesome. I and my family enjoyed a lot. Their farm area is vast and good but not meant for small babies and senior citizens, as the farm tour and all other activities such as rod fishing, paddle boating and bird watching are on different spots at a long distance. You'll need to carry your babies if they get tired. One more disadvantage is that they provide only veg food. For non veg, you need to pay extra, which gives a little pinch to your pocket. I feel they should provide veg & non veg meals as an option instead of paying extra for non veg meals.

Premium pond house here is an excellent place for weekends getaway. The view from the balcony is mood refreshing. Imagine you are seating on swing chair with a cup of tea in hand with a 90’s song playing as a background and you have magnificent view of a silent pond. This is exactly what you will experience in premium pond house. The interior of house is minutely designed for the best experience of customers.

Point wise Review: 1. It has been observed that the practice of recovery of Advance payment towards Room/Rooms booking if done prior to entry in the resort+ Remaining amount gradually should not be recovered from the Customers during the visitors schedule date of visit at the entry in the resort at entry gate. It clearly indicates that a doubt is raised on customer and no trust factor seems to be kept as to whether they worried about payment by the customers, as a result the business would be affected. 2. There is no provision for Room service if the customer desire to ask some eatables Food, starters,Cold drink etc.etc. The time of check out is morning 9.00 am if the customer health for 1 day, at that time breakfast is required to be provided at 8.30 am to 10.30 am. So as to easy the customer can be relieved in time to leave the said premise. Last but not least Nonveg food for the customers be provided in package itself no extra charges should be considered.

Excellent overall !!!. The premiere pond rooms are superb. Staffs are good and helpful. Some points to be noted. I felt too much food is provided which sometimes gets wasted. Instead provide a bit less quantity so we can reduce wastage. They can take quantity details for all food items. As of now they take quantity for Non Veg items only. Also the outside common cafeteria or the place to have food could be made better. Its so hot there in afternoons for lunch. These are the two areas I thought could be improved.

Wow saguna baug " This what we heard from internet about saguna baug but my experience was really horrible.. Administration needs to improve your service.. We booked for 15 people and we told that both ladies n gents will be there they given dormitory room but that room was so small and congested that we didint adjust there then for ladies we booked another resort nearby and we had paid extra cost for that... My male colleagues slept there but bedsheets those they arranged for them was not cleaned at all I don't know are they following covid 19 norms Or not... At night we ordered 2 kg chicken for 1200 but that chicken was so bad that was smelling like chicken shop... I would not recommend anybody not worth for money really...

Our stay was very pleasant. Staff were well trained and their services were prompt. Food was good both at quality and quantity. Kids enjoyed most of the activities. Enjoyed the Campfire and guitar play at night. To enjoy stay and all activities at leisure two days halt is recommended

Great place.. especially great for families. I would recommend booking a premium pond house which is around 4300 RS . Per person. Great service, all good included , personal tour guide.. it's great for little once to experience and explore. Lots of farm animals, can add on an educational tour for kids. Overall really worth visiting, I am definitely going there again. I enjoyed my time to the fullest. Thank you team for great hospitality and service.

Very soothing place. Good room , rooms are spacious and with a good view. Can visit in rainy season to and can enjoy rain. Matheran is in reach and all the staff are very helpful. Excellent food quality and various types of food items. Net connection is not that strong but it obvious , anyways there we get free wifi with good speed.

We had a great experience. We came here with 3 families. All enjoyed a lot.We reached here on 31st December'23 at 10 am & left on 1st January at noon.It was nice village type atmosphere, very tasty food, very cooperative & caring staff, few adventurous activities, few nice shows. All together beautiful & memorable experience. Worth spending two days here.

It is great place to Hang out for few days. Food is completely Marathi style and good. U have drinking water facilities and dustbin at every nook and corner and it is a clean place. U need to definitely reach by 10.30 am to experience the complete trip.

On 23rd and 24th I had been to your resort in mud house,it was a very bad experience for me and my family,the room was stinking with bad odor,on inquiry we got to know that the drainage pipe was busted. On paying so much we could not sleep the whole night due to bad smell, Breakfast,lunch & dinner not worth at all & not on time. Puri served for breakfast was so hard could not even chew & oil was dripping. Hygiene part to be maintained. When your charges are exorbitant, we expect good service also.

Fantastic place for family get together. We were total of 11 individuals and all of us enjoyed the experience. Rooms were really well maintained. Staff was courteous and there were multiple activities which we could indulge in throughout this 55 acre place. Kayaking, horse riding, camel riding, bullock cart ride, boating, tribal art forms, magic shows are some of the activities and there are much more. Food was decent as well. Will definitely recommend this place.

Shd have an itinerary mailed with timings of free activities, lunch and paid activities for ease of following We stayed in dorm clean rooms just that with 10 the ventilation could be improved. We choose this venue for our family get-together and my son 10 birthday . Everyone simply loved this place . For the one who is willing to stay amidst of nature , simple and peaceful stay , one can blindly trust this place . Talking about food quality , we had both veg and non veg . Typically homemade food was served with balance taste and quality . 10/10 for food . About Room and service , not at all fancy and showoff ambience . We had gone for lunch, and it was simply delicious. Staff serving lunch had a smile while serving. Were very cordial. The place is must to visit and stay. Surrounded by lush greenery and atmosphere is so tranquil. U will fall in love.

We had visited this place for a group picnic. This place is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. It was a day picnic for us. The people are very helpful and friendly and very pleasant to deal with. There is lot of earnestness and passion when they talk about the various activities in the place and about the farm there. The food is simple and good. I will try and visit for weekend with my family there to soak up on all the things that the place has to offer.

One sad thing is that we booked with tent option and toilets and wash basin were not clean. Light on road was not properly managed. So the issue was there about visibility at tent site. But the tents were in good condition so enjoyed trip.

Lovely place. Ponds rooms are an architectural beauty ❤️ service, food, location, activities all are great! Giving 4 stars because the guide that was allotted to us, wasn't interested in getting any activities done with us and didn't may enough attention. Apart from that, it was a wonderful experience.
