Amazing experience here. We visited this holy place on 31st December 2021. It's 125 km from Nashik. First 110km is Mumbai- Agra national highway. So road conditions are better. But last strech of 10-km is pathetic. There is no road at all. After the bridge over river we get better road. Ganesh Mandir is situated near Ganesh Talav. There is enough parking space for vehicles. When we visited there was not much crowd. We had very peaceful darshan. We roam around the place near Ganesh Talav. It was amazing experience. Ganesh Mandir is very beautifully maintained and it is very clean. All COVID protocols and followed here. You can buy garland and Prasad from outside vendors. There is enough space for 15-20 people inside Sabha mandapa to sit. Few benches are also placed for elderly people. It's truly a great experience to visit this holy place.

This peaceful and Devine place situated 2 km from Titwala Railway Station (East). Timing to visit the temple is 5 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 8 pm. Place is very good having ample parking place if you visiting by your own vehicle. Brief History-By propitating Ganesh Idol, Consecrated by sage Kanva, Devi Shakuntala & king Dushyant came together after a long period of disagreement. Shakuntala & king Dushyant got married here only. Idol from Mahabharat period was vanished, while constructing lake peshwa saradar Ramchandra Mehendale got the present idol. The Madhavrao Peshwe consecrated this idol.

A jagrut devsthan of lord Shri Ganesha. Non commercial in nature but be aware of fraudsters (few shopkeepers) that will try and trap you at the parking itself. Please ignore them and don't be a fool. Do not purchase anything from these shopkeepers following you. Straight away, purchase from other shopkeepers.

One of the oldest temple of God Ganesha, located in Titwala, approximately 10 mins by auto from Titwala Railway station. Temple have good enough space inside to have seat and take rest after pray. Best part which I like is washing of hands and legs prior entering to temple. The parking is available for Cars @30 rupees by KDMC and bike parking was free.

Visit to temple for the Darshan after many years, was surprised to see the amount of development and change in the Titwala township. Big change this time is we did not enter the inner sanctum the way we have been doing for many years since our childhood and had to do Darshan from outside. But one big change this time, it’s brightly lit and you can see the beautiful deity clearly and it was satisfying. πŸ™πŸ» The temple surroundings are changed too, big parking lot for the private cars is spacious. All the shops are now located in once big area and did not see those horse carts we use to hire for our trips from railway station to temple and back.

Most famous Ganapati temple in the region... Try to avoid visits on weekends or special occasions to avoid crowd... Also refer to the timings from photos to avoid waiting... A washroom facility is available... Drinking water is also available... The nearest railway station is Titwala.. One can take a Horse cart aka Ghoda gadi aka Tanga to make the trip awesome... Enjoy 🚩🚩🚩🚩

The Siddhivinayak Mahaganapati Temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to the elephant-headed Hindu god of wisdom, Ganesha . It is located in Titwala , a small town in Kalyan taluka of Thane district in the Indian state of Maharashtra , a short distance from Mumbai . Titwala is the supposed land of the hermitage of sage Kanva , who was the foster father of Shakuntala , who was born here. There is clean facility of drinking water & toilet

A very pious place. This Ganapati temple is most popular amongst the local Maharashtrian population and many Mumbai Kars. Bank holidays and weekends specially are quite crowded however te queue management is quite good and you can have a peaceful Darshan in good time. Adjacent to the temple is a rather large pond, where earlier they were harvesting water melons but has now been replaced by boating. Car parking space adjacent to the temple would suffice about, 40 to 50 cars.

Shri siddhivinayak temple titwala Is one of the oldest temples, and also counts in the ashtavinayak temples of ganesha, A must place to go before you start anything in your life. There is a pond and boating also used to work, but due to covid norms it has been shut, however you can enjoy the scenic view and blessings of ganpati bappa. Om Ganeshay namah Ganpati Bappa morya

Ganpathi Bappa Morya.. Went on Vatt Purnima day. Had good darshan. No rush. Only request is that please keep the toilets clean as most of the devotees come from far flung places and definitely they will use the restroom.. So maintanence of the Restrooms is a must.

Beautiful place. Very tranquil. The temple is an ancient temple and the folklore is that it goes back to Mahabharat time and Shakuntala established it. The present day temple goes back to 300 years back.
