This place is really good for a family of 15-20 people. They have overall 3 bedrooms and one double bed in overall. The hall is really good which can easily accommodate 15 people to sit which is good when you have a celebration to do. If you have selected your stay which includes food, they upfront asks you what do you want which I feel is a priority. Also, the pool is quite good enough for the people of 6' ft tall and for women & child as well they kept a pool floor at around 2-2.5 ft so that womens & children who fear of height can enjoy as well. And, yes they have a open space lawn where you can play some sports. You can carry your pet as well. Overall a really good experience.

Awesome place for a weekend gateway and the best thing is the home made food and their kind hospitality. Overall a very good place to chill and relax with your loved ones. Looking forward to visit again.

Enjoyed 2 nights stay here for a family get together. The owner Nilesh Patil is very attentive towards guests needs. The food is fabulous. The premises are well kept and the house itself is quite spacious. The main hall is huge! Kids and adults both enjoyed the pool very much. Very reasonably priced place and close to Mumbai in the lap of nature. Definitely recommended.

Good place to visit with family or friends during the weekend. Very near to Panvel. Food quality is good and tasty. The swimming pool is also well maintained and the garden/lawn area in both front and back yard is big enough to play badminton or box cricket comfortably.

Went here for a quick overnight trip with cousins. The location is good, just 1 hour drive from Mumbai. the swimming pool is the main highlight here. food was good and tasty. Only minor issue I had was with the rooms, they require some upkeep now as they are showing some age.

Never ever visit this place This villa is haunted villa Yesterday we have very bad experience of our life And at that time no one is available for helping us One of our friend get haunted yesterday And that spirit trying to get my friend body in to the well that they have in the villa area Very dangerous experience we have for yesterday night

We were looking for a break from the hectic work schedule of the week and decided to take a break on the weekends and it was nice stay with quality food and swimming pool and ambience and nature all around and hosts were far better than expected.

Nearby place for Western line Mumbai people to go in weekends, easy to reach. Place is good, having big rooms (AC), big bathrooms, kitchen. Good space in property. Back side pool. Food is awesome, they provide fish as well on demand. Veg and non veg both available, RO filter water available.

It is a fabulous place to visit when you want to get relaxed, I stayed there for 2 days and it was a great experience. The place is near from expressway so it is easy to go there, the farmhouse has nice atmosphere to stay there also service and food is very good
