I have recently booked a flat in this project. The main highlight of this project is it's location. It's literally near to station. Hardly less than 1 minutes walking distance to station. There are so many commercial shops in the project as well as nearby the project. The quality of construction is very good.

Glad I bought home in Tulsi Center Point. Every single moment spend here is joyful. No issues at all since past 2 years. Nearby Market, Railway station, Bus Stand, Hospital, Schools. Developer's/Builder kept their words by fulfilling commitments made so far. Located at Zero Pollution zone

All infrastructure and flat are spacious, we are happy to buy our dream home here thank you.

Good experience here all new residents are very helpful and truthful . I bought flat here no issues is there lactation are very amazing .in summer some time weather is hot but winter and rainy season are very very beautiful and sweet .so we are enjoying every minute .

Just few minutes walking distance from neral station and this apartment cover large area.. And all necessary items shops are available at ground.. And here you will find union bank of india branch and ATM.. which is quiet usful because mostly there is not enough bank in this area . So best place for getting all items

This place is near Neral station, walkable roughly 6-8 mins. The only drawback I see is lot of flies, the management should do pest control do ward off flies. Otherwise its a clean commercial center.

Day before yesterday I visited to Tulsi centre to purchase water bottle but no one was available at shop no 1 finally I came out

It's very near to railway station and market. It is perfect location to live.

A good shopping Point to cater to all kinds of items.

Rooms are small compare to other.there is enough space for parking.

Worst experience ever. Water problem since 3 months. Daily water supply for 1 hour only with worst yellow and muddy water. Please guyz don't ever buy or get rented year. As u will regret later. No maintenance in society. Only one sweeper for all the 3 wings and also a lot parking issue... Please bhailog idhar mat aana mai khud yaha se 5 mahine mein nikal gaya. And the incharge Mr. Gautam Purna is useless he doesn't even know how to manage a society.

Initially I was extremely glad for having bought a centrally located flat, but afyer just 3 years of purchase, I am facing seepage issue and the in charge Mr Purna Gautam ignored our several requests to addres the issue very disappointed
