Feedback for Park View: The images shown on the booking portal and the images in reality is very opposite. We paid Rs. 3800/- for 1 day which included no food, wet floor, dirty bedsheet, foul smell in the room, hangers broken, we paid for the TV and it was not in working condition, no proper mosquitoe repellent. The host/helper of the hotel was very unprofessional and used very rude language. We had to go to another amenity to have food where they hosted us very well. I would prefer giving -1 star if the option existed. The whole vacation mood was ruined due to this experience. Please think twice before booking your rooms here.

Looking at the photos what I received online and the room which was given to me was totally opposite. They charged me 6k for 4 px a day but room was not even worth for 2k. No cleanliness, washroom wasn't clean also the rooms were pathetic and suffocating,AC was hanging with ropes, walls were leaking seems it's a chawl room instead of hotel room. We immediately left the room and need to book another room because we cannot stay in that room for even 5 min and also not a single penny was refunded to us. So my suggestion to everyone is prefer some other hotel and still if anyone is booking this hotel then first check the room then only pay.

Worst hotel i visited in whole life, Visited hotel with 3 friends , there was no cleanliness at all , cigrette hash were everywhere, smelly room, insects where coming in room. Bathroom and toilet was not at all clean, tiles where broken, bedsheets and pillow covers where not clean. We got charged 6000 for 4 person for 2 days , they charged us for water which they didn't provided only. There was swimming pools which was too dirty that gave us skin irritation. Carrom boards had not powders which I even asked for 10 times but they didn't gave . There was nothing in name of amenities. When we asked for changing our room they didn't changed our room, they took all booking money in advance before checking in so you can't go anywhere else. Recommendation : 0/5 They all will ignore after they got money. Never ever book this hotel if you want for stay ,there are great options nearby.

So we visit the place on long weekend Place is in main market and accordingly cost very much affordable best part of the stay was the food the provid 3 meal in a day all the meals are yummy yummy The people are sweet and helping but they should improve rooms and room service else I like the place very much

One of the best resort I have visited till now.the receptionist were really helpful and friendly great staff who knew how to serve the customer.the room was well equipped and the service was excellent.a very good place.. value for money..

It was my first experience with this resort.. overall it was good experience. The food was value for money. Location is also nearby railway station. Rooms here were not well maintained. Tv was not there, curtains were in rags. The mirror over sink was dirty. At night we saw one rat came in our room below the door. There was no dustbin in the room.. ac and wifi was working good. Resort has park and pool where we had great times.4 star for food....

Great and value for money, the hotel is near the market and railway station of Matheran, good area, a great great home and family cooked food, great staff and services, the only problem with the hotel is the rooms and infrastructure that need to be changed and rest all the things are awesome!

The room was not maintained properly. Worst hotel I visited in whole life. The room and bathroom is not cleaned and too smelly and the window of bathroom was broken clearly seen from outside that is not safe for ladies.they don't provide drinking water also we need to buy it from outside.the service of hotel is very worst. The room was very conjusted and it was not exactly which was shown in picture. We did not get good service. Even there was no mirror in the room and we had to ask for mirror externally. The windows were broken of washroom and when we asked for another room we did not get it, we literally spent 7500 for 4 people which was not worth at all.

If you are booking room this hotel by just looking at the pictures from online websites and available amenities than please don’t do that because the reality is totally different. They charge very high amount and gives you nothing in return. The worst thing I observed here is you have to pay the full amount for the total number of days you reserved when you reach to the hotel. Here are some points which you should consider before booking 1. Too much expensive and poorly maintained 2. Room size was too small 3. Both room and washroom were dirty, unhygienic, smelly 4. Bedsheets , pillow covers were not cleaned 5. No cupbord or hangers provided 6. Poor power backup 7. Staff is unprofessional - You have to go and search the staff in hotel premises - They always says “me ata hu” but never comes 8. Swimming pool water was so dirty 9. If you are lucky than you will get ball to play table tennis and boric powder for the carrom

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER rooms were too small .. not clean at all Bathroom was unclean .. they just charge us more and provide nothing . Foodservice is the best in this price range. You will not get food or beverages in this price range in any other hotel in Matheran. I enjoyed staying in this hotel with 3 times good food.

Rooms were dirty, no hot water facility,very poorly maintained Not according to the money they charged us for a day stay. Non of the facilities were clean.Food was served hot and good,thats the only thing here.

Price is little high than other hotels. Toilet/Bathroom is not well ventilated. Towel, Bedsheet, Soap, extra mattress is provided by hotel. Hotel rooms are present in front of garden. Overall service is good.

It's a decent place for stay in matheran for a day or few days. They provide a package as per the no of days, normally 1k is charge for a single day which includes room, breakfast, lunch, tea & dinner which is affordable as an overall. The hotel has lots of other amenities like swimming pool, kids playing area, dinning area, indoor games like table tennis, Born fire, open sitting area. Staff is good & well manner. Hotel is located in prime location of matheran & has good accessibility with other locations.

Budget friendly hotel if you plan your trip for the last minute. Owners are polite and helpful. Location is also good as it is in main market.
