Placed phone order at 545, was quoted 15 minutes. Pizza comes out at 610, that's okay. They forget my Ribs. Wait another 15 minutes. Annoyed, but okay. Get home. Ribs are actually chicken schinztel. Pretty poor service. Was looking forward to this, won't be coming back again... Tried calling. Was put on hold. Then they hung up on me.

Staffs here is super duper kind and they are so caring. First time visit, and yet I am in love with thieir good taste food and service. Come here if you think you need to eat Italian👍👍👍

Definitely awesome, the best pizza I ever had in Goldcoast. Good flavor with crispy crust,I love it. Staff all friendly, nice service, we will come back soon.

Decided to try the takeaway pasta based on the good reviews. It costs around $40 something for a main lasagne, a main size carbonara + garlic bread. Upon picking up my order I was a little disappointed/shocked when I saw the size of it as it seemed like small containers. But was pleasantly surprised how far it went with my family of 4. The lasagne was beautiful and tasty, loved the flavours and the generous amount of minced meat. The carbonara is not authentic style/fast foody style but it was actually delicious. Not too rich and just right amount of sauce. The garlic bread was 🤤nice and crunchy! I felt like the bread was almost a sourdough style. Big fan. I will definitely be back to try more on the menu.

I was looking for recommendations ( after not so good experience in different places)where I can have good chicken parmigiana and some local people recommend this place, it was surprisingly delicious, few days later I come to try pizza, it was great too . The staff was nice polite young guys.

Garlic Focaccia entree set the tone, too the magical Meat lovers pizza. Then the succulent kilo of the Best Ribs I've Ever tasted 👌❤️. Can't wait too Dine here again 💯😋

The service from the young lady behind the counter was very friendly, the overall cleanliness of the store was impeccable.. the food wait time was super quick and food was perfectly cooked and tasted delicious.. I had the carbonara, and a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza. Which we dined in and thoroughly enjoyed our experience..definitely returning again and highly recommend if your in the area :)

Consistently fantastic food. Some of the best pizza I've ever had, even outclassing some expensive restaurants. Fair pricing as well. Highly recommended!

Downloaded and ordered on the app because apparently it's $10 off your first order, ticked the "pay in store" option and it didn't apply the discount. Thought I'd just sought it when I went to pick my pizza up, but apparently you need to pay by card on the app to receive the discount. Nowhere did it mention paying on the app, it said download and order via the app and receive the discount. Got told I had to pay full price, told them not to worry about it. Won't be back.

Service way amazing greeted by a lovely young girl, didn’t take too long either standard wait for a busy night, unfortunately the food wasn’t what I was expecting of the reviews, cheese and garlic focaccia was the only decent thing in my opinion, the chips and parma were very boring and tasted cheaply made. But not too bad of a joint.

Parmi was large but very plain and dry. Tasted precook and reheated with sauce and cheese, garlic cheesy bread was tasteless and dense. Kids liked the bolognese. Chips were ok. The Nutella and m&m pizzas base was hard as a brick and cold Nutella really couldn’t be eaten..
