Over cooked, the amount of rice I received to little meat I received. Very poor, no taste what so ever. Never go to this store, its horrible. Never giving them my money ever again

Not good food at all quite possibly worst I’ve eaten. Dry chewy old spring rolls. Everything has cardboard texture and flavour blah. Service just as bad

I HAVE to start looking at the reviews of these places before buying. Very dry some how bland. Ended up throwing it out and just getting McDonald's.

Singapore noodles are good. Honey chicken not good - so much batter I couldn't taste any actual chicken. Sweet and sour pork not good - again, mostly batter instead of pork. Staff friendly and refunded when food returned.

Seriously the worst ever experience in any food court and this is Westfield!! What a shame and bad reputation they've put up for Westfield. 1. The staff can't even understand a simple question. Simply wanted to know what type of noodles they use for their Noodle Soup and the lady told me it's Noodle?! 2. Found 2 sharp finger nail sized hard plastic pieces in my food! Luckily it wasn't in the portion that I gave to my 4yr old!! I took the plastic pieces back to the shop, showed them and asked what would that be? Why is it in my food? The lady looked at me and said it's plastic container. Funny enough, I ordered Vietnamese Phone and the food didn't come with plastic container. I explained the same to the lady. The lady then said no...It's from the plastic container which they stored the raw meat. She then went to their fridge and brought out that plastic container with raw meat to show to me. She said, sometimes it's bad container. I do not understand why she behaved like this is normal, shouldn't be a big deal. I said to her, I do not care if it's from that plastic container or not, sharp plastic just shouldn't be in my food!!! The lady then raised her voice and asked me , what do you want? I just walked away with anger and frustration. I didn't even get a simple sorry as first reaction from them but all that explanation as if it's not a big deal. After I went back to my table for like 5 minutes, the same lady then came with cash in hand to refund me the cost of the meal and said, "I told my boss, my boss said sorry and this is the refund. It's just accident. You know accident happens. It's OK" What kind of customer service is this? What kind of restaurant is this? Apparently I'm not the only customer who has found things which shouldn't be In the food. Just don't even go waste your money there.

this place is the worst in carindale food court. i ordered sweet and sour pork, black bean chicken, and mongolian beef. they gave me honey chicken, sweet and sour pork, and mongolian beef. when i told them that they gave me the wrong food they didn’t care and insisted i take what they gave me. the honey chicken and sweet and sour pork tasted more like honey puffs because of the amount of batter and the sweetness. never again. is not worth it.

I ordered a small size with rice, bbq pork and beef black bean. The bbq pork was alright but the beef black bean was quite salty and they only gave me 2 pieces of beef and the rest were just half cooked chunky vegetables.

Although this place has a Bain Marie buffet style service that is fairly good, I am totally into the Duck soup (soup number 1). I get it with fresh chillies on top. The broth is flavourful and the ingredients are fresh. When I’m extra hungry, I get a serve of fried wontons and add them to the soup. The soup is constructed while you wait (about 5mins) and is totally worth the wait. I have enjoyed all 10 soup varieties, however, the duck it my favourite. They also do Vietnamese style pork chop upon order that is very good.

Honey chicken was oily and over fried, fried rice was plain and oily and satay chicken wasn't satay. Won't be wasting my money there again.

The Satay chicken and vegetable fried rice was absolutely amazing, hot and fresh, amazing service will come again

Absolute rubbish food, paid $18 for 3 takeaway containers at close of business with overcooked pork and chicken it was disgusting, not even worth $10 even kfc or maccas would be a better option than here

It's expensive, it tastes terrible, and the waiters are terrible! Even let other customers cut in line.
