I deleted my last review because this one tops it. How's this for a well presented burger. Slapped together and put the window she goes. Took forever to get it as well. Whilst the store is going under Reno it's a shambles.

I went to have breakfast with my partner and the experience was horrible. From the waiting time to the food. the horrible roasted, poorly presented and with missing things. We waited 15 minutes for them to give us that poor breakfast and all the employees talking among themselves and they didn't deliver anything to us. Clearly I will not return to that site. they have a lot to improve. good luck. see you never.

Used Drive thru was quick the staff member didn't answer my question an she wasn't to welcoming which is fine. Food was ok didn't receive my chicken sauce that paid for No Napkins as well considering were going thru the drivethru.

This place is getting worse. The last few times I've been here my order is wrong or missing extras that have been ordered(ie: bacon on burgers), they never seem to have vanilla I've cream when I'm there either. And their seniors discount is now just a small drink when you spend a certain amount. Well, what if we don't want a small drink?? Not good enough, Macca's. I won't be back for a long time....

How good is the manager on duty just walking past you to greet a staff member that is just starting work and leaving you standing there waiting to order. Excellent customer service lady. Lucky the girl that is always there is great . Horrible service More important to hig the new worker tagan serve the customers

We thoroughly enjoyed our adult Mcdonalds party last night for ‘something a little bit fancy!’ Our food was delivered quickly and our order was perfect. The restaurant was clean and the service was impeccable. Special mention to our party host for the evening, Kye. He was so lovely and accommodating and served us with a smile and a happy demeanour. What a pleasant evening!

Husband got the kids some Happy Meals for State of Origin, he was asked what sauce he would like and he said tomato sauce…….just wondering if we have to make our own now as we received 8 cherry tomatoes?? I’m giving four stars because they are the shiniest cherry toms I’ve ever seen.

Seventeen of us descended at once all with different orders... and they were superb! Had the party room to ourselves and were looked after by Kai - the most smiley and attentive host ever...we were so lucky to have him! Would not hesitate to recommend dining here even in a large group. Great experience! Well done Harbour Town team! High five!

I have been going to McDonald’s at harbour town for 7 years because it’s convenient and very close to home . Now saying that this McDonald’s has made me want to do some not so mature things to the building but I didn’t due to being a civilian and tax payer . But they never get an order right I always have to drive back thru even if I order a raisin toast and coffee 9 times out of 10 they don’t toast the bread or they forget to give me butter or there’s no knife to spread the butter I mean for f$&@ sake . Now that’s why I’m leaving a poor review. Not to mention ordering a full meal that is way to hard to get right .? Chips drink burger is the burger fresh are the chips fresh is there salt on the chips are the chips hot enough ? .. I’m out don’t go to this McDonald’s or any make your food and coffee at home . Got told my $14 order was $17.95 by the Asian male with glasses and thinning hair. I said aren’t the hamburgers $2 to be told “no they are full price now”. I asked for the hamburgers to be removed and as he did he said “oh the hamburgers are $2”. I gave him the $14 and he said to me “why are you giving me all this change”, which I found very rude and definitely not something you’d say to a paying customer. And while I was waiting for my food a lady came back with the ice cream she ordered saying it tasted funny.

I went to grab a takeaway through drive through on Wednesday 22 November midnight. The manager was so rude to us he did gave our order properly. Then we ordered again for missing fries, he gave it to us with such a bad behavior and by putting too much salt in the fries. This manager should get fired, he started shouting at us for no reason. Such a bad customer service.

ordered: 1 cheeseburger 1 20 piece nuggets meal large 1 10 piece nuggets meal large and 2 hashbrowns i received the nuggets by themselves no fries from either meals no cheeseburger and out of the 2 large drinks got 1 large and 1 small. nuggets were stale and cold. i paid $67 only to receive not even half of my meal and completely cold. because i ordered through uber eats i’ll have to either drive there to resolve the issue and get my food or forget about it and let $67 go to waste. it’s normal to make a mistake but this is ridiculous.
