Very pleasant park on the waterside. Plenty of benches in the shade and a few picnic tables. There is usually a cooling breeze (wind) blowing through the park - ideal on those hotter days.

Quite often drop by for an hour or so. On the Broadwater and has the usual park equipment for kids. Shade and seating. Good BBQ and activity - sailing, spectacular kite sailing, kayaks. Enjoyable time and no stressing. 3 yo grandson recommends a small helicopter in the equipment. Pleasant time every time.

Great park at Labrador on the Gold Coast. Lots picnic shelters, barbecues, toilets, the beach and wonderful views. I understandf council are going to do even more improvements. It is so good already.

I really appreciate this park it is a safe place a good place it has a l dog beach and some parks and and lots of BBQ area that are keeper Verry clean and well maintained this of sand and grass and a grate walking and cycling track with beautiful views that make you feel proud to be an Australian and have previous to experience sushi amazing sites and so so peaceful

Awesome atmosphere very clean nice beach friendly people nice facilities bbq toilets open area seating facility I would recommend this for families and others.

A beautiful green grass park so close to the sand and tucked away where mostly locals go. Would be a perfect picnic with the family or even just you and someone special. Enjoy and please remember respect the park and it will be there for everyone just they way you enjoyed it.

This was a great family park a few years ago. We visited to sit by the water and watch the air show from a distance recently. A friendly local talked for a while about how he was attacked with knives in the park and showed his scars. He pointed out the offenders still living under a picnic roof. In a few minutes an all out yelling match started from another person who approached him about a dog. They then turned on my wife waving a stick thinking she said something. This place is atrocious out of control !!!

I often come here to sit by the water. It has a swimming area, playground, bar-b-ques and seating areas. And can be very busy on weekends, as there is a fresh seafood shop, that also has take always

A beautiful walk, stroll, or run by the bay.

A nice setup for a Park with plenty of grassland to enjoy underfoot. Nice views of Broadwater to boot. Another great place to escape the Madding Crowd on the Gold Coast.

One of my favourite place to walk my pooch, always so peaceful with a secluded beach and the vibrant colours.

Beautiful views, cycle and walking path, very safe and well maintained. Perfect any time of the day. Swimming recommended, sand soft and clean.

Beautiful little park to bring the family for a picnic all BBQ

A beautiful park for adults and children. Pathways are very wide making it safe for pedestrians and riders of bikes, scooters and skate boarders. Plenty of areas to swim. Playgrounds for the kids BBQ SPACE and so much more. Hats off Gold Coast Councillors

Always a nice place to walk. At the north end it connects up to Ian Dipple Lagoon which is a nice place to sit or have a dunk. There is food nearby as well. Parking could be better, but can be found if determined enough.

Great flat water spot for windsurfing and kitesurfing with NE. Grass to rig up, toilets, shower, drinking water. Bit busy on weekends so need to drive around a few times to get a parking spot

Very difficult to find public parking space. Also, whilst seating areas are generous in size they have no shade cover. Very exposed to the elements.

Great place for bbq with friends. Free electric bbq's, under cover if needed, tables, toilets, dogs welcome, waterside, and more ...

Very nice park with a sand bank of shallow water at low tide that goes out 100m of so. A beginners kite surfers paradise and great for the kids. Good council ammenities

Clean and right on the broadwater with small sandy beach areas that are nice most of the time but can get muddy at low tide. Popular spot for kite surfing, walking, exercising with some gym equipment, wash stations and several kids play areas. Great for walking dogs on the beach. Pleasant experience.

Great park, off leash and on leash sections at beach for dog owners. Plenty nice people out walking dogs. Always friendly people around. Negative, irresponsible pet owners not having dogs in lead when in leash area. Other then that perfect With one of the best pet friendly motels on the coast, around corner this is ideal.

Had a nice run along the beach front. Great for a relax.

The park is great for picnic, riding scooter or bike, dog walking and BBQ. A gorgeous view of the Gold Coast Skyline. Take a breath of fresh air
