I lived there for nearly five years.Very expensive.They try and stand over you.I asked for some repaires to be done was told not to complain to much as there are not many rentals around.the cabin wall wasn't even connected to the floor.the floor was stinking they said they would fix it but they just put two bricks under the floor.but the worst was the mould that was breading in the van.blamed me for the mould but it was over the back of the van when I moved in.I would not recommend The park to anyone.way to dear.The owner only cares about the money,not the tenants.Dont be fooled by the pictures put lipstick on a pig and it's still a pig

This park is like living in a prison camp. These owner of this park are dishonest and control freaks, liers, bullies to everyone and the elderly residents to make them comply otherwise the residents at threated that they will be kicked out, they are theves i paid $400 using a cheque they did not deposit it in the trust account as per the RTA legislation Qld they with held it for 4 weeks so that It showed on the databases that I was behind in my rent so I ended up having to pay another $400 then they cashed the first cheque they are theves and very dishonest Do not even think about staying at this place. 😡

Great contact & response from the owners. I'm just disappointed that they were raising their prices from $139 per week for a powered site, to $205. There is no dump site for your toilet cassettes & it's a run down park. Other parks in the area are cheaper & have all facilities, including a swimming pool.Oh the owner is a liar & the park is a run down dump. It's an absolute disgrace. She lied about the price of the site as it was originally $139 per week for a powered site & $179 for an ensuite site. It then went up to $205. The only site they had left was full of rocks. I also had to mow my own site. No dump point, so how do you dispose of your toilet waste. Yuk.

Friendly staff. Very quiet area. I really liked the idea of over 40s living. It was my haven when I needed it most. Thank you 😊
