Well priced, little dated facility but very clean and lovely staff. Well positioned also. Highly recommend them. I was towing a horse float and they where really helpful on where to park and helped me out. They seemed to care about their guests.

Had nice customer service and we were happy there. Wouldnt give it a 5 though because its not like it is next to a beach or lake or anything exciting. It's suitable for people who want to be in the city and visit musems and restaurants.

We were placed in an overpriced flthy cabin that could in no way be considered holiday accommodation ...more like emergency accommodation ...the dinner plates were covered in roach faeces, the toaster had old toast in it, the wall coverings are peeling off, 2 of the pillows had what appeared to be blood marks on them and the bathroom door latch was dodgied up with a piece of wire

My motel room was run down and poorly maintained. The ensuite exhaust fan didn't work. The hot water ran out. The shower floor wasn't recessed, so water pooled across the bathroom floor and out the door; the swollen wooden door to the ensuite indicated regular water damage. Rooms are not cleaned/serviced during your stay. No plates, bowls or cutlery. The "registration agreement" that you have to sign reads like something you should show to a solicitor: e.g. you consent for your images to be used in marketing materials. This is what happens when an uncaring corporation takes over a family-owned business.

Booked 3 nights in a cabin as I had to have an opp in Brisbane but had to phone the next day to confirm and spent 3 days phoning before I got a answer on the phone and was told could not have a cabin and would have to have a motel style room with a kitchenette which was out of the way and in a quiet place . arrangements were made when booking for a 10am arrival but on arrival was told 2pm but after arguing with staff was let in . the carpet was dirty and the kitchenette so small and the fridge smaller than a 30 ltr Engel . my wife stayed with the dogs .. pet friendly was great .. while I was in hospital . when I got back we went to get a meal and then could not get back into our room and had to call after hours and wait over an hour for them to arrive . we were then told that they only activated the key for 2 nights and not the 3 paid for. would never stay again and would not recomend

Angeline at reception was amazing, she went above and beyond with my check in, accommodating all my questions and request to extend my stay. I had arrived right at the end of reception hours yet she stayed on to see me through. Management need to look after her as I have rebooked for future stays based on my first stay. Oh and the garden room was overall really good, the fridge was a bit temperamental (who isnt) and just noticed at night the air con units from the surrounding rooms a bit noisy but that's only coz I am used to living on a very quiet street.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Located 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to Chermside shopping centre. Place is a bit old and near some minor maintenance. Carpet clean, fresh paint inside etc.

Room was disgusting, beds where horrible, old and very outdated, could barely fit behind the door to use the toilet. Not a safe and secure place located off a busy main road. Reception staff where rude and unhelpful. Do not recommend to anyone. Go elsewhere

We stayed in the two bedroom cabin and loved it.

Room was perfectly adequate for the price. The place is advertised as having free wifi, but we had no wifi coverage at all from our room which was quite close to the office. Every other guest we spoke to had the same issue. Could only get wifi when in the recreation room joined to the office. Quite misleading and dispointing really. We stayed for 8 nights and didn't get given any fresh towels at all. We used the coin operated dryer which cost $5 and left our small load of lightweight clothes still very damp. BBQ area was great and initially had cleaning products right there so people could clean up after cooking. But after the first night BBQ was left dirty and no cleaning products to be seen. With no cooking facilities in the rooms this was pretty disappointing. On a positive note, the pool is modern and very nice, and the common room has a great (and free) pool table.

Location is convenient. Room is tidy and functional. But no lift to second floor and no hair dryer due to old style building. Otherwise, pretty good for a short term stay. Plenty of parking spots.

Not good. Been going downhill for quite some time now since Colonial Village days. Rooms are tired although the cleaners try their best. 1 washing machine in the pool laundry area to service half of the site. Sorry to say that I will be giving this place a miss in future.

We have stayed here 9 or 10 times over the years and since Ingenia took over it’s deteriorated badly. Website advertised cable but there’s none. No wine glasses, facilities tired, one washing machine and dryer to share amongst many, wifi doesn’t work inside. We had to listen to permanent tenants screaming abuse and foul language at each other. Very sadly, we won’t be back

Its a well organised, clean, neat and tidy villa which is affordable. Its quiet, which is lovely, has a very clean and modern inground pool, air-conditioned donga-type villas with built in kitchens and bathroom toilet. Each villa has washing machine capacity, if you dont own a dryer, theres a commercial standard communal one at $4 a load. Caretakers always around, they remove rubbish weekly from each villa which has 1 carspace and 1 small attached garden shed. Quite well thought out and practical accommodation alternative for 1 nite or 12 month lease. It is people and pet friendly.

Very friendly and professional onsite team, including reception, housekeeping and maintenance. Stayed almost a month and can recommend if you need a basic, affordable place to stay for an extended period.

I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! Please avoid. The staff here is completely insensitive, impolite, and unprofessional. I submitted a rental application here, and they lied repeatedly saying they were "processing" it and would get back to me soon, they never did. In fact, when I followed up, writing email, I never got an response. When I called them to find out, they were very rude and they often overtalked me and didn't listen to me at all. Clearly, staff here demonstrate zero level of customer service skills.

Convenient location for our weekend trip. Close to major roads and shopping centre. This place is a holiday village with permanent residents and short-term overnight accommodation. Our cabin was clean and tidy but getting tired , small but comfortable. Overall quite good value and comfortable πŸ‘Œ

Clean rooms, the pool was amazing and clean, they accepted willingly that I wanted another night, no hassle and the one small issue we had was sorted within 10 minutes, definitely going back for another stay

The rooms are ok . There isn't a toaster or plates or knife fork or steel spoons just a couple of cups and tiny plastic spoons. So even if you want to use the bbq you have nothing to put the food on unless you get a kitchenette room . If you want to use the internet you have to go out side .they don't care about it gave some bs about concrete walls . Dont know what they use on other hotels .This is for the hotel style rooms cant comment on the other rooms. Walking distance to woolies coles aldi and a club. Picture of bbq how it was for 4 days not cleaned
