Excellent coffee. Friendly staff. 💯

Fantastic coffee, passionate staff and a solid menu of food items. The pricing is very good for the quality. The dine in atmosphere is a little chaotic, but if you just need amazing coffee this is the place.

A great hidden gem of a cafe and bean roastery. Their selection of packaged coffee beans is vast and unique. Their customer service is absolutely phenomenal and they are very friendly. When you buy coffee beans, they give you a free drink of your choice and in the same size as your bag of beans. For example if I bought a large bag of beans, I can order a free large drink of my choice but if i ordered a small bag of beans, i get a free small drink of my choice, etc. They also offer to grind the coffee down for your individual needs and based on what espresso machine/ coffee machine you use to brew your coffee. Splendid experience and we went back for more beans later that week. Overall bought about 10 kgs of beans from these guys. Super satisfied with the different flavours they offer and the selection of foreign beans. But thwir customer service was one of the best I've come across.

After living on the coast for 4 months finding a 5 star coffee is not so easy to do. I'd get recommendations from people who'd say "try this place at mermaid" or "try this place at burleigh" and everytime left disappointed. The neighbours told me about silipo and honestly say hands down best coffee I've had on the GC. The swayze cafes down mermaid, burleigh and Palm Beach are daylight 2nd to Silipo when it comes to coffee!

This place is amazing. Was in the need for some new beans for home and decided I wanted to try something different so I went online and found this place. The girl who served me was so nice, she spent the time to explain the options and I got a complementary coffee to my purchase which was an added bonus. Would’ve never known this place existed but will definitely recommend to friends and be back! ❤️

Nice joint. I asked for a magic and I got a flat white with double ristretto. Coffee itself was nice, just a little too Milky due to the nature of a flat white. Service was nice. Shop clean. Next time I'll just stick to a piccolo. Came back for a second coffee to give it another shot. Safe to say I won't be coming back. Piccolo wasn't great. Was too hot, and bitter. Nothing smooth about it. 👎

Food is great, I wish they still did the BBQ pulled pork eggs Benedict because it was soo tasty and satisfying, however the standard eggs Benedict is very nice as well. They also allow you to bring your dog if you sit outside and they will provide a water bowl. The prices are reasonable and staff are friendly.

Great coffee food and service and they take Qoin

Fantastic customer service I placed an online order for a coffee machine and received a phone call within 10 minutes explaining that due to the obvious supply issues coming from Europe that the particular machine that I had ordered was unavailable. Jacob provided an alternative option and even though it was slightly more expensive price matched with the machine that I had initially chosen. Conducting the transaction was simple and easy and communication was fast professional and friendly. I highly recommend them based on my experience of their service and even better they are a Qoin merchant.

Richard and the team at Silipo are brilliant, I can't commend them enough on their service and expertise. Very professional, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to assist with my purchase. The cafe itself is a hidden gem, great coffee and a great range of food. Will be back regularly for beans :)

Customer service is good, polite. Mocha I ordered Was too hot, bit bitter, nutty/fruity coffee, not enough chocolate flavour imo. Food looks good but didn't try any. Not bad.

Great coffee shop with a good team who were all very pleasant and helpful. Lots of tasty options as well as some accessories. I didn't know exactly what I needed (buying for someone else) and the staff were lovely, but seemed a touch frustrated by it. Still, the coffee all smells amazing and they were helpful none the less!

Great tasting coffee and iced mocha. The acai with apple juice was also great tasting. Great selection of foods. There is also a selection of slices, cakes, muffins etc. Well priced too.

I work up and down the Gold Coast from Yatala down to Murwillumbah and i drink a lot of coffee. Silipo is the best coffee i have tried to the point i purchased beans to give to friends. If you are around Southport or Ashmore definitely go check them out! Cheers Dan

If you are on the Gold Coast and looking for some great coffee then Silipo is definitely a place you will want to check out. Stopped in for coffee and the long black on their single origin from Peru was great, had a chat with the barista and definitely on the cards for a return visit very soon.

Lives up to all of the reviews. Great great coffee both barrista made and the stuff in the bags. Limited food selection but that's not really why you come.
