Ordered online, pick up time was 7:50pm. Arrived at the pick up time, paid for the order only to be told it will be a other 6-8minutes. 8:20pm. An additional 30 minute wait time, pizza was cold and greasy after waiting for the pasta, my partners food from a different take out completely cold and had to be purchased again. Several customers both dine in and take away frustrated by wait times. Pasta dish was nice but not worth the wait or the money wasted having to replace other meals.

Probably one the worst pizzas I have eaten. Only ate it because we accidentally burnt our dinner. Pictures look great online. Something that looks great doesn't always mean it taste as good as it looks. Not alot of toppings options for the vegetarian pizza. Ours had big chunky slices of red onion. The capsicum tasted wet and uncooked. No flavour on the pizza sauce base. For $23 for a large, think twice about coming here. Sorry.

The name says it all. I've only had their Supreme Pizza, but judging by that along, this establishment is 5/5. Not only so, what impressed me is that workers there are very obliging, the boss seemed to have treated them very well and they are welling workers. I was advised by one of the off duty workers, there are many numbers of very very good pastas, calzone, pamas, and a host of other selections on their menu! Will try them soon.

Some of the best pizza I've had in years! By far the best on the coast. Great specials. Good range of ribs, pasta and other take away. Staff are great. Well worth a drive if not local.

Absolutely amazing, I couldn’t put it more simply, fabulous food! Great staff & service. Got the 1/2 rack of pork ribs with scalloped potatoes the ribs were so soft and delicious, & 2 regular pizzas all of it was wonderful, great portions hot and flavourful will be going back for sure!

After being disappointed the first time well over 12 months ago, we decided to give proper pizza another go. We ordered the pesto chicken avocado pizza which was horrible , we both could not finish a single piece each. The chicken tasted like chicken in a can & the ranch sauce was over the top and horrible. We also got the australiana which was better & edible but still disappointing. Delivery was real quick that was the only plus. Will not be back again, we will stick with foodcorp's amazing pizzas. As for proper pizza.... more like sub par pizza.

We live locally and ordered pizza from here tonight. Really delicious, fresh and generous toppings (Supreme) Great value for money! Excellent base- not doughy nor too thin, melted in mouth. Yum will be ordering more pizzas and perhaps trying some of their other stuff on menu soon! Thanks guys. P.s. would have added photo but ate it all :)

Had 3 pizzas delivered last night, delicious pizza, no pizza like it on the coast. Plenty of topping but not over the top. I am always satisfied with my orders being hot on arrival. In my opinion, Victoria is the best pizza state but I rank Proper Pizza easily in their league. Keep up the great service.

I've only been here once for take away pasta . Very tasty. I can't rate for other menu items yet but the service was great. The atmosphere is very relaxed outside sitting area. I will go back to try other dishes.

A friend brought some Proper pizza to a social event a while ago and I was impressed with the taste and level of toppings. At the next opportunity I placed a phone order for a combo deal and gave an arrival time. Unfortunately, when I arrived they had forgotten to put the order through. Without missing a beat the counter staff apologised and out my order through straight away and only charged me for the pizza, not the sides. They turned around a mistake and provided great customer service. And, the pizza was great again!

Second time here and they have yet to fail me, yummmmmm 😍

Best in the area by far! Very consistent the new Owners/Team do a great job. Loads of toppings and priced well. Definitely give it a try if you haven't been.

Took twice as long to make the pizza as he told me, shop was not busy so no excuse for the time taken. then when the pizza was made it was not what was ordered. Took it back and the guy at the counter just wanted to argue even after he admitted he understood the order properly, still got it wrong. I asked for a refund and he just argued. Terrible service which is a shame considering I was a regular customer with the former owners and their pizzas and service was great. Will not be returning Just read the company’s reply and it is not factual. I was abrupt, yes, but not rude, there is a difference. There was no language, no offensive gestures. The shop was not busy, there was one customer waiting and one more turned up for a pickup 5 mins before I was given my order. I did not ‘slam’ the pizza on the counter and no offer of a remake was made. Considering how long I’d already waited that would not have been taken up. I refute their reply completely. It doesn’t matter, I will not be returning

Group of 6 Dined in tonight. We ordered pizzas, pastas and garlic bread..everything was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back..can recommend it high enough. Best pizza and pastas on the coast.

First time back since new ownership. We were greeted by a friendly face and ordering our pizza was nice and easy. Couldn't be happier with the amount of toppings, and the pizza crust was perfect. Well done guys we will be back

Proper Pizza Pasta and Ribs… TERRIBLE! Pizzas are worthy of 1 star, at least it’s cooked I guess. Pasta was flavourless as it just tasted like STRAIGHT CREAM. Twice we asked for takeaway cutlery as we got our food to go and it was no provided. Forgot our drink first till staff member told us it’s in with food then another staff member came rushing out with our drink, Garlic Bread and one Pasta dish, how is that possible. I mean seriously guys how can you serve this to the general public. Not a happy customer.

These dudes are so friendly, they were packing up when we arrived but still totally happy to bust out a supreme master & a couple of calzones.. plus cranked the tunes when we asked. 🙏🏻💯🎶🎶 oh and the pizza was awesome 🤩

5 pizza's takeaway for Origin night were a huge hit. Absolutely delicious! I was the first for leftovers today and I usually would never! The owner/manager who served me yesterday was an absolute delight. What a treat to have this place in my area. Thanks for the amazing effort you put in to ensure my meal and the service was perfect!

Pizza arrived nearly an hour late. Ordered around 430pm for a 520pm delivery. Called store at 530pm and was told it would be leaving the shop in 10 minutes. Called again at 550pm and was told it was leaving in 1 minute. Pizza ended up arriving at 605pm. No call to advise it was running late. Not even a complimentary garlic bread. Pizza was nothing to rave about. It wasn't cheap either. Definitely not worth the wait or the money.

Pizza was good but we waited over 2 hours for our order to arrive. No apologies from the staff. Won't be ordering here ever again.

Tasty food ,awesome pizza's, loaded toppings ....cooked perfect every time..and they have the olschool family size pizza. , Schnitzels are spot on, finger licking lip smacking ribs tasty as hell....worth the money

Had not been here for years, was great place, it's gone down hill and down the drain at the bottom of the hill. Saw small animal run under large freezer, told staff quietly and staff member wanted to fight offer it. The food was worse then the service. Unbelievable!

We ordered Garlic Prawns & Ribs. Loved them both. The portion were generous and hot when delivered. I ordered directly from the store’s website. Easy to use. That website is now in my favorites.

Absolute beautiful pizza! The team at this shop know what they are doing. Great sizes, amazing toppings and varieties. My family have tried 15-20 pizza places and this tops it. Very friendly staff also! I recommend the satay chicken pizza 🍕 Thanks again!! James

One of the best pizza place I have tried in Gold Coast. Their service is top notch and food was absolutely delicious.
