this
franchise

money!!
My
wife
and
I
ordered
2
signature
pizzas
and
2
sides
to
be
delivered
from
Crust
Nerang
on
friday
the
7th
July.
We
ordered
a
pizza
and
clearly
asked
for
no
beef
as
my
wife
is
a
vegetarian.
Pizza
arrived
and
it
was
covered
in
beef.
No
worries,
everyone
makes
mistakes,
we
called
and
asked
how
long
for
the
right
one
to
be
sent
out.
The
person
on
the
phone
argued
with
me
that
it
didnt
say
no
beef
on
his
end
even
thought
it
clearly
states
it
on
the
receipt.
He
said
he
would
check
and
call
me
back.
15
minutes
later
nothing
so
I
called
again.
By
this
time
it
had
been
nearly
30
minutes
since
the
first
delivery.
We
rang
the
store
back
and
said
dont
worry
its
too
late
now
just
give
us
a
refund
for
that
pizza
please.
He
said
a
manager
would
have
to
call
me
back
to
do
a
refund.
Took
my
name
and
number.
An
hour
passed
and
nothing,
its
now
10pm
so
didnt
call
again.
On
the
saturday
night
called
twice
and
spoke
to
someone
who
took
my
number
and
said
manager
would
call
me.
Nothing....
called
sunday
night,
monday
night
and
now
twice
again
tonight.
Whats
the
chances
anyone
is
going
to
call?
When
Crust
sees
this
I
hope
they
contact
me
for
a
full
refund
given
how
bad
the
service
has
been.
We
would
have
given
them
a
second
chance
given
my
pizza
was
good
but
not
after
this....
