Worst Pizzas and Gnocchi we have ever had. Dry, so little topping,and $68 for two pizzas and Gnocchi that was a true failure. So chewy and awful. Don't waste your money.

Very disappointed with the quality. The pizza was so small and the topping was barely visible. Honestly this is lower than Dominos pizza quality.

We phoned our order in (website was down) and were told 10-15 minute wait. I arrived 12 minutes later and was told 2 minutes more. I then waited with just me in the store and two staff members on the either side of the bench for another 15 minutes. Until the other worker asked if I was waiting for an order. Once I said yes he turned round and picked up the two boxes from the bench. They’d been waiting there for ages as the contents was both cold and looked unfresh by the time we got home. Really disappointed. We had to microwave it to get close to enjoying it.

Always look forward to visiting this location. Supper friendly staff with amazing service. The pizza so good we couldn’t wait to take a picture until half way done. Definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Do not give this franchise your money!! My wife and I ordered 2 signature pizzas and 2 sides to be delivered from Crust Nerang on friday the 7th July. We ordered a pizza and clearly asked for no beef as my wife is a vegetarian. Pizza arrived and it was covered in beef. No worries, everyone makes mistakes, we called and asked how long for the right one to be sent out. The person on the phone argued with me that it didnt say no beef on his end even thought it clearly states it on the receipt. He said he would check and call me back. 15 minutes later nothing so I called again. By this time it had been nearly 30 minutes since the first delivery. We rang the store back and said dont worry its too late now just give us a refund for that pizza please. He said a manager would have to call me back to do a refund. Took my name and number. An hour passed and nothing, its now 10pm so didnt call again. On the saturday night called twice and spoke to someone who took my number and said manager would call me. Nothing.... called sunday night, monday night and now twice again tonight. Whats the chances anyone is going to call? When Crust sees this I hope they contact me for a full refund given how bad the service has been. We would have given them a second chance given my pizza was good but not after this....

Delicious gourmet pizzas We've enjoyed Crust pizza for many years, starting at the Hamilton store and now at Nerang. Our favorites are peri chicken, Morrocan lamb, & herb and garlic square pizzas. I don't trust the online ordering platform, so we always call in our takeaway orders. The staff is always polite throughout the ordering and pickup process. The pizza has never disappointed us. We often refer friends and family. Keep up the brilliant work👍🏼

I was at the laundry mat doing my washing, found a takeaway, being Crust. The boys delivered the best pizza I've had in for ever. I use to be a cook by trade, so it's honest truth. Thanx guys

Crust Pizza exceeded my expectations with its delicious, freshly-made pizzas that were bursting with flavor. The friendly staff and cozy ambiance made it a delightful dining experience that I can't wait to revisit.

This business has dodgy practices, do not order online I had to contact PayPal to get a refund for the food/service they couldn't provide after the company dragged out refunding me my money. It has been 7 days today, no money returned and an unapologetic email back telling me it was head offices fault and I had to wait 3 - 5 more business days. Never again, customer service counts and there is little with this business.

Unfortunately we ordered from here and were told it would be not more 30 mins delivered. 1 hour and 20 later it arrived with a delivery man who couldn’t even string a sentence together. Then on top of that, one of the pizza’s had a huge black hair in it. Not impressed.

Good pizzas , a bit of wait but worth waiting

First time trying crust at Nerang used to go to Broadbeach and it was much better. Ordered a pesto chicken pizza and the rocket , pesto and prosciutto was missing . Very disappointed

We ordered in store and waited for it to be cooked. When we sat down to eat only 5 minutes later it was only half warm, all the ingredients were extremely dry with no freshness. We might as well have eaten the cardboard box that it came in. The chips were terrible, the pasta was just a pass. The garlic bread was alright but who can screw that up! I’m not one to write reviews but this is worth mentioning to save your money.

Dined in 20/07 was good so decided to go again next night Waited 50 mins only to be served cold & disgusting pizza & chips got my money back & walked out My order was sitting on the pizza oven getting cold & was told by the supervisor they were busy

We waited more than 2 hours for our order then there were missing toppings on one of the pizzas. Don't bother with them if you're hungry.

We ordered from you on a Wednesday night at 6:30pm. It said it would be done in 40 mins (which we thought was a VERY long wait already) and we get there and they tell us it’s another 20-30 min wait. Pizza wasn’t even good and horrible service, didn’t even receive a sorry.

The pizza was fresh and made very well!! The girl working was pretty much running the place solo but made the effort to give all the customers the best service. Won't be going anywhere else for my end of the week pizza!
