PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not order from this place. We found not just one hair but hairs in our pizza & this is a picture of the pasta. As bland as it looks. Staff member James customer service was shocking. Seriously - TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE

This evening's pizza was not even worth eating. Gluten free base soggy right through with one piece actually having some crunch on the crust, no tomato base at all, "vegetarian" primary mushroom, fetta cheese tasted a bit old. Inedible, tasteless soggy mess. We were told to give you guys a try again and I was sceptical and for good reason. Such a shame as not hard to get right. Back to Camelot's we go.

Great local Italian joint - food was reasonably priced and high-quality, and the atmosphere was classic and intimate. Also appreciated the complimentary limoncello shots! Only comment would be that my pasta was a little too firm, although that's probably more a matter of taste than anything else.

Great food the garlic bread and pear and rocket salad are the bomb!

Should've just bought a muscle chef or youfoodz. No flavour, double the price and swimming in water. Couldnt eat any of it, waste of money.

No stars for this business!!! Prices advertised on their Facebook page are false and miss leading. Not to mention their business website doesn't work....... Unless you pay the extra $$$ to use menu log, doordash, dliveroo or uber. I only wanted to pick up dinner for my family. Customer is always right does NOT apply here.

Placed an order online for pickup I was very hungry and excited to eat pizza but Wow look at the burnt pizza Seriously guys I have spent 43$ for small pizza and Gnocchi. Not Worthy. Never recommend this kind of place 👎

Ordered pollo al fungi which was thin sandwich slices of beef?? Covered in sauce to camouflage what it was? Maybe veal maybe beef 🤷‍♀️ Partner ordered scaloppine Mama Mia’s “tender veal FILLETS” but was sandwich slices of veal/beef from Woolworths/Coles and covered in sauce to again hide what they charge $30 for. 🤬 Pizza’s are good but don’t order anything else. They are only good at pizzas. This is not a “cute and cozy atmosphere” pokey inside and car parking lot outside. Only order pick up or delivery pizza…..Owner/chef needs to be retired……..Gotta be better places than this…….If I could give minus stars I would…..To serve up Cole’s/Woolworths sliced meat???? as veal or chicken fillets is disgusting…………

Pizza and pasta was delicious. This will definitely be our local moving forward. I’m not really sure about the other low ratings, maybe the had a bad night but this is our second time ordering and both times have been excellent

I feel like I’ve been ripped off by purchasing the garbage this place is selling as “food” we got an Italian salad that had off feta cheese, it was not just funny tasting it was OFF, was given a spaghetti bolognese instead of a tortellini boscaiola which was completely bland and even the garlic bread was just drenched in oil. Save your money.

Some of the nicest Italian I’ve eaten. Really super! The pasta is delicious, not too heavy on the cream so the flavour still stands out. Will be my new go to for our family treat. Had a small issue with my order but was quickly resolved with no problem- great customer service! Thank you for fresh And yummy food !

Pros: - pizza was ready in 15 mins from time of order. - The aussie pizza was delicious. It was neither under cooked or over cooked. -pizza was slightly bigger than i expected - service was great and prompt. Cons: at $20 for the small Aussie its a bit too expensive for a money stretched student to buy often - but that's just me and $20 may not mean much to others. 5/5 nom-noms Bonus review/tip: - if you're buying a pasta dish, it will taste great but will lose much of its aesthetics if ordered as take away and squeeshed in a box. But this also applies to pasta dishes from 98% of other places. So dine in if you want the full visual culinary experince.

Great food! Customer service was not so great as we heard the staff talking about us behind the counter and made us feel uncomfortable! Would recommend they start bringing up there problems with the customers rather than talking behind the customers back and giving dirty looks! All because our puppy was sitting on her bed outside with us !

Generous toppings on the pizza and generous toppings on the marinara. The owner gave us a complimentary lemonchello. I've never felt so welcome. They don't charge for corkage and the bottle shop a few doors down hard a lovely one serve Merlot which was helpful to know beforehand. I can thoroughly recommend their helpfulness on terms of my elderly mother who has limited mobility. The only wish they had was a little ramp for her. However the step to go inside wasn't very high and she was able to manage. Give them a try you'll enjoy it.

Ordered the large family size (15”) Supreme and wasn’t disappointed. A very nice thin & crispy base that holds the weight of delicious, fresh and plentiful toppings. I’ll be back.

$34 for a Hawaiian pizza and dominoes is better still!!! Wanted to try this local but will not be back for that price you expect good pizza. Camelot cafe minutes away is far better.

The struggle was real, Saturday night, no food in the house. The family, ravenous, were starting to look at me funnily. Pizza was the solution to the developing situation. I arrived, was greeted by friendly staff, my order taken I waited in anticipation, 20 minutes I was promised and I was not disappointed. Back home the boxes were opened and a moment of silence engulfed us as the delicious victuals were consumed. Crisis averted, thank you Mamma Mia’s.

Food was alright, but when I called to enquire about my order the man was SO rude and answering me in a very passive aggressive and sarcastic way. Customer service trumps everything and he was horrible. I never leave reviews but was so annoyed with how I was spoken to so felt the urge to let everyone know.

Hands down the BEST pizza, pasta and gnocchi restaurant on the GC. The food is absolutely delicious and freshest ingredients. Everything is fresh and tastes excellent. Staff are friendly and pretty cool deco inside.

Mamma Mia’s is my favourite pizza place on the Gold Coast! Dine-in is great with a cute and cosy atmosphere, but I also love how easy it is to order takeaway online (pickup or delivery). The restaurant staff is always friendly and accommodating and the delivery staff are great too! I’m obsessed with how tasty the pizzas and cheesy garlic bread are. I love supporting a local, family-owned small business, especially since they make such good food!

Ordered Marina pizza and mumma Mia special with anchovies not a single thing to complain about great pizza, fresh produce, big prawns, great service, great delivery guy and so tasty best pizzas in the Gold Coast !!

The sign of a good restaurant is consistency . This is my 5 th visit and its always as I like it and on the mark . BIG serves as well so if you are hungry this IS the place . So tasty !!

Went to this place thinking I would get some lasagna, looked at it from the outside and wanted to go somewhere else but ended up giving it a shot. My partner got a pizza and he really isn’t a fussy person but was disgusted by it, I ordered the “tradition lasagna” and was so disappointed, practically no pasta in it, just sauce and there were chunks of ham in it?? So disappointed didn’t eat it.

Took over 2 hours to deliver, rang numerous times to see where our meal was and they hung up on us. False promises. Dont even know if the pizzas will be warm

I was in shock last week went here next to woolies yep easy. NO it cost $69 for 2 large vege pizzas no meat. The owner and staff are very rude the pizza was so thin hardly any ingredients burnt edge all the way around. Mmm not happy at all with the quality and the service is shocking starting at the owner he is so rude. There are better alternatives in Ashmore that's for sure.

Rudest. Service. Ever. I called with an enquiry after making an online order. The girl on the phone was extremely rude, instead of wanting to help she just wanted to cancel the order and get rid of me. Asking several times “you want me to cancel it” when asked about eggs, it was “everything has egg”, she was awful. She also stated that she was “too busy to do this”. I messaged the business via Facebook privately, with a copy of my receipt and a full explanation of what happened, they just left my message on read. No response whatsoever. I recommend dominoes over this place, at least they’re friendly when you give them your money.

Ordered thru door dash thought i would support a local business. Didn't I guess wrong !! My order was wrong to start with I ordered a creamy pasta dish and got some sort of chilli bolanaise instead.. inedible as I don't do spice. Being heavily pregnant I drove down to ask them to fix my order and was slapped with the rudest service i ever expeeinced saying the order is correct and too bad that's how they make it.. they didn't want a bar of it clearly. What a waste of money and a complete joke. I will never be back.
