I had a bad experience at Milne Bay. The lifeguard there showed disrespect and unfairness toward us, probably regarding our race? She claimed that 16, 15 and 14 year old children was "too young" go to the 2 metre end. The lifeguard also told us this after watching us for more than 30 minutes, and all the while another group of young kids were diving dangerously. She also came up with 5 other reasons which was as absurd as this. The young lady also showed great discomfort and annoyance towards us, which we found extremely disappointing. The place itself is okay, but you might face rude lifeguards and/or swimmers.

Waterslide should have been open and was the only reason we came. Shut due to lack of lifeguards but there were many lifeguards harassing swimmers for no reason. Should do the wave pool again and open the waterslide given its school holidays. Shouldn’t be giving free swimming to two lanes and taking up 3/4 of the indoor pool to laps and walking. Do not recommend for people going to have fun.

For a local council area that doesn't even have a free water park for kids (even chinchilla has one) the pool is a major disappointment. Had like 20 car spaces (none of which were available and had to walk far) spent $6.50 for my toddler to use the toddler pool which is meant to be heated to a nice temperature for my little one, only for it to be very cold and other mums told me this regularly happens. Won't be wasting my time here often. I hope the council will invest in a better public pool and/or kids water park.

A wonderful experience I fell in love with the richness of the place. I'm from Brisbane soon to move to Toowoomba but it was a country pool but you could feel the history of the place. My and my families experience was more than just a swim. If the grand stand could talk.

This Facility has heaps of potential. Unfortunately, the management seems to have a focus on keeping people away. The swimming pools are ok and it is nice to have lines for lap swimming. The sauna was just recently renovated: It was made smaller and cooler (just 60C°). The spa is also not really worm. The gym was great a while ago, it had awesome trainers and classes. Now, a new manager (Kym Bonsey) decided to stop all well visit classes and made all good trainers go. Most of the equipment needs maintains. The second gym room (under grand stand) is not used anymore. Just a shame for such an important place.

I am sincerely disappointed that TRC did not undertake change room remodelling whilst the centre was unused due to Covid 19. There is little privacy in the main change room area and it's impossible to shower and dress in those tiny cubicles without getting your street clothes wet. Seriously for what we are charged in entry fees things are not really all that good...

Went to Milne bay pool with the family. I really wanted time in the spa so paid at the front counter for a swim and spa. Spa was open but not working, no bubbles. Went back to the front counter to ask about it. Was told they knew nothing about it not working. Plus When I went to get my towel, saw a laminated sign saying spa was not working. So I also paid, along with several other people , for a service I did not get!! And Management’s lack of communication!!

Wave pool, slide, spa etc not open due to covid, understandable. Went to myline Bay Sunday around lunch, cafe closed soon after arriving. Outside there was 6 lanes open for lap swimming, personally I think that was too many considering the amount of people using the pool for casual swim. Most of the indoor pool was closed off. One of the lifeguards was quite rude. For myline Bay to be the main pool in our area its a big thumbs down sadly.

Pretty good hydrotherapy pool. Spa doesn't have any therapeutic jets so forget that. What's with the 5 second showers? Push about 5 times before it gets warm & keep pushing every few seconds to keep going. Staff friendly & helpful.

Terrible experience. Forceful and not understanding. They are not GPs/not my general practitioner. Would not let me in and I would not disclose my exemption. Boycott at all cost. Discriminative to those that they can’t wear masks.

Used the pool and sauna. Outside pool is big and quite deep. I side is rather for kids and teens. The sauna is small but ok. There is also a heated relaxation pool next to it. Food and beverage selection is below avarage. Kind of ok place. Sauna could use a makeover.

Ridiculous that the cafe is only opened until 2. Was looking forward to a coffee with my partner while the kids were swimming. You would think with afternoon peak of people coming to swim that a cafe would stay open at least until half hour before close. Won’t be coming back.

Fantastic local inner city facility, I love it but it's not perfect. Staff are brilliant, opening hours could be a bit longer, mornings are busy. Parking is not ideal. Fees are okay. Some elements are a little tired. Ideal facility for both athletes, wannabe athletes, those wanting to walk laps or families with kids. There's 2 main pools, one 25m (heated) and one 50m (outdoor). Also a toddler pool, a spa, sauna and gym as well as other rooms for aerobics (I guess) etc. Overall it's a great place and I'm thankful for it.

1 star for the nice lady at the front counter and 1 because it was so empty. Life guards harassing female staff. Overpriced for 1 adult 1 baby and a child = $18.50. Cafe? ha.ha.HA! $6 for a cup of chicken chips...8 portions are you kidding me? $5 for a bottle of water and nothing else on the menu except hot chips available. Never again. Toowoomba sucks.

I don't think people should be able to bring in their own speakers and just blast the music! It's so loud and their taste in music...well they have none!!!!

Staff seemed friendly, though did not seem content in their job. Had to wear a band to say Im a person watching a 14 and 12 year old. Who knows how that identifies you as the person watching the two kids you coke there with. Crowded, weren't allowed to dive into the outside pool, no cover over the outside pool, no food and beverages after 2pm, parking was almost non existent. Indoor pool area was very humid, smelled of strong chorine and very noisy. Changroom are small and in dire need of refurbishment.

Joined recently - no fan of these places! However, gym is great - lots of equipment, never very busy. Pool - inside and out - so good. Had to do some post-op physio/recovery exercise and staff could not be more helpful. Annual membership at $900 is just incredible value.

The staff were really helpful, the facilities are kind of old but it was fine to do laps except when it was booked out by schools.

Not much happening at the pool due to covid, no slide or waves going. Cafe had limited food as they were closing over Christmas and were running out their stock. Mens toilets were not well cleaned and all hand soap were out over the 3 hours we were there. Kids had fun though.

Love swimming here in the outdoor 50m pool! 💦 water temp is perfect and the late night swims are divine. The new Boga Mat classes are AWESOME . Would recommend to anyone to try them!
