The
restaurant
is
very
nice
looking
and
the
staff
pleasant.
However,
the
food
was
not
up
to
our
expectations:
The
bad
points:
-
The
"French"
cheese
platter
had
no
taste
or
character
and
was
very
similar
to
the
industrial
brands
found
in
supermarkets
(especially
the
goat's
cheese
log
which
tasted
the
same
as
Soignon)
-
The
half-chicken
main
dish
consisted
only
of
the
chicken
thigh
and
breast
-
so
not
a
real
half-chicken...
It
was
however
good
(slightly
too
salty)
but
nothing
exceptional
for
a
restaurant
-
The
HUGE
disappointment
was
the
mussels
marinière!
Served
with
grated
carrots
and
coarsely
chopped
and
barely
cooked
celery
and
onion!
Absolutely
nothing
to
do
with
the
recipe
for
mussels
marinière
(butter,
shallot,
white
wine,
mussels
and
parsley
-
that's
it!).
It
would
be
wise
to
name
the
dishes
correctly
on
your
menus
to
avoid
other
people
to
get
disappointed.
-
Overpriced
for
the
overall
quality
The
good
points
:
-
The
snails
as
a
starter
were
very
good,
the
filling
was
a
change
from
the
usual
parsleyed
butter
-
The
fois
gras
as
a
starter
was
also
good
-
The
fries
are
very
good,
crispy
on
the
outside
and
soft
on
the
inside
-
The
wine
offered
was
of
good
quality
In
conclusion,
if
you
are
looking
for
real
French
food,
I
would
not
recommend
this
restaurant
(and
I
speak
as
a
French
person).
