Four stars hotel located 1 hour from Prague by Car. Surroundings are not so special. The Castle interiors are spectacular with frescos on the roof. Rooms forniture are classical (XIX sec style) with bathrooms in strong decadence and needs hard restoration. Food is of high quality for Czech levels. Garden is very fascinating with a little lake and a forest all around. If you have time after Prague you have to stay here at least 2 nights!!

Stopped by on my way home. Can't judge the interior or hotel, just the outside bistro. Only 3 tables occupied, two waiters around but no interest. Took ages to order, took ages to get the coffee and finally had to go inside to find someone to pay. The staff looked busy with something else than with the clients outside. The place looks very nice but I have no intention to stop by again. Edit as per the owner request: I have visited the bistro Thursday 13th of August after 16:30

Beautiful place inside out - there's no doubt about it. We stayed inside the castle itself, in gorgeously decorated room with a view of the garden. Overall, it was a very good experience. Some mild downsides: - very basic breakfast - and you were indirectly bullied to leave already 10 min before the breakfast time was over; - good but overpriced restaurant with very small portions; - tiny bathroom in the room.

An exceptionally well restored baroque chateau with french garden located north of Prague. Rooms are spacious and in baroque style with modern bathrooms, restaurant has a la carte menu with a venison, wild boar and deer options. You are spoiled for choice regarding alcoholic drinks, from Port wine to Louis XIII Cognac and Dom Perignon. Definitely place to relax and enjoy.

Really felt like you were in a royal chateau. Reception staff was accomodating. Food surprisingly good. Wish we could have stayed for more than one night. If we are ever in Czech Republic again, will definitely return.

The castle is a great place to stay in for few days and relax. I would recommend staying in the main building because the rooms are bigger and better, just like a castle like rooms and they do have a nice view. I stayed in the side house rooms and I was lot so impressed by those rooms because they were not so clean(meaning there was dust all over the rooms). Other than that the place is very nice to rest and have some quiet time. You can also take as walk in the local wood and enjoy the nature

Coordinated a friend's wedding at Liblice, and it was lovely. Everything was great: the rooms, food, the lounge, services.. The wedding went smoothly and beautifully, the garden is wonderful, the hall made everyone photogenic. Fantastic place, fantastic people. I strongly recommend!

It is a very beautiful baroque castle (and also a spa hotel), located around an hour away by car from Prague. This castle exists from 1699 and was built by Italian architect, up till now it remains in a good condition (building went through many renovations within this time, of course). Personnel is very friendly and professional. They have excursions at 12 and 3 pm in Czech for 60 Kc and you can order another language at additional price. There is also a restaurant in the castle, with nice atmosphere, but with quite small menu. At the same time, food is tasty and service is good. In general, if you don’t stay in the hotel over night, the whole trip with an excursion and walk around (there is a park, too) can be fit into a half day.
