A nice fast food shop for staying in or taking away greek food. We tried the mixed "skepasti" and the pork gyros. The taste was good and the portions were of decent size. The only dissatisfaction was that the proportion of meat per portion was considerably low. 📍Location is great, with many shops and restaurants around. 👷Staff are lovely, smiley and helpful. 😉Extra tip: Try the greek deserts and the greek pies.. Delicious😋.

This place make the best food in Bournemouth. Always fresh made in front of you. Chips are top. Gyros pita wraps my favourite, flavoured, nice vegetable inside . Yummy. Nice cakes as well. It’s worth the price to come and have nice meal.

Never tried Greek food before and I knew it would be good but I didn’t know it would be this good!! When I’m back in Bournemouth I would definitely be coming back! They should open a branch in Southampton and London! It would be a hit!! Only downside is that for a wrap, fries and a drink for £12.50 is expensive but I understand it’s a niche and an individual store but should consider lowering the price

What an absolutely mix meat meze box absolutely well filling easily can feed 2 and this was an absolute truly stunning and staff helpful if not sure what something is and cakes divine, will I be back you bet! Great food and pure freshness even so ate at 6 when shops finishing up, great food and thank you to the staff also nice touch on the lamp shades.

Great little find! Staff were friendly, food was affordable and super yummy. We ordered the chicken souvlaki meal (which was plenty for two), the chicken was well-grilled but still soft. Would recommend!

Good portion sizes, great tasting food and fast service. First time visiting and absolutely loved it. I ordered the Taka Mix Meat Meze which came with lamb, pork and chicken souvlaki, gyros, sausage and accompanied with Pitta bread, chips, Greek salad and Tzaziki. All this for £12.50. Great value for money if you ask me. Was incredibly filling. Added a loux drink on the side for £1.75. Only slight improvement suggestion would be to reconsider the Tzaziki. It was grey in colour and had an unusual taste. Hopefully they start opening a few more branches nearer to London.

Food tasted authentically Greek and was very tasty. Had the mix grill which comprises of a mixture of souvlaki and gyros pork, lamb and chicken. Very good value for money at 12pounds. Customer service was friendly and efficient and the restaurant was clean. Would definitely come back if I'm in Bournemouth.

Stopped off for a gyros as we absolutely love Greece and Greek food and this place really hit the spot. Be prepared for a bit of a wait sometimes as everything is prepared fresh ..❤️ spotlessly clean...and lovely polite staff. . Amazing food...fresh tasty and authentic greek cusine. And Mythos 🍺.. wouldn't hesitate to return and highly recommend ❤️

Friendly staff, spotlessly clean establishment, ordered gyro mixed £10.95 well worth the money as you get salad,olives pitta bread,chips and 2 meats chicken and pork with a thick dip with chives in. Very filling spot on. Recommend you try it.

More of a takeaway place, has a few tables though The portions are quite big and the taste was very good. Very good prices as well Definitely recommend 👌

My husband and I popped in spontaneously whilst walking through town and had no idea what to expect. The whole place was very clean and tidy with friendly and welcoming staff with an extensive menu of various things from Mezes and Wraps to salad bowls and fries, so much to choose from. I decided to go for a Large Halloumi Wrap and my husband had the Mixed Meat Meze Box (2 x pork skewers, shaved chicken, lamb skewer, garlic sausage, fries, Greek salad with olives & feta, Tzatziki and pita) - the was so much that I ended up helping my husband finish the Meze Box, everything was cooked so well, the halloumi lovely and golden, all the meats in the Box were juicy, not dry at all which was amazing considering the mix, the pita breads so soft and fluffy… truly delicious and we’re so glad we decided to pay Taka Taka a visit! Only downside was the drinks machine not working.

Omg those wraps have been keeping me happy, for a bit more than a year now…🥹 I eat here at least once a week as I love the food and the staff. I always make my entrance with a little tsifteteli and sometimes I even asked them to put the music louder, I would have kicked me out 🤣 Instead the staff does put it louder , as long as we are not disturbing anyone, and they always smile and vibe with me and my friends. If I could rate a 10, I would ❤️‍🔥 I will admit that sometimes I’m not even hungry, I just see my fav faces working and I get in for the chat, that guides to my wrap 🤣 Love you taka taka, please don’t you ever dare to change,your staff work so hard and are so great, they deserve a raise ✨✨

I ordered halal food at the kiosk today at 9:19 pm to take away. The food had pork in it so I couldn't eat it. If they offer the option of Halal chicken all their staff must have the necessary training, so that there is no contamination of the food. It was money wasted.

We went here to while visiting Bournemouth at the end of august and thoroughly enjoyed the food. The staff were very friendly, the food was delicious and fresh and the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and we will eat there again when we next go to Bournemouth.
