Heidi is so good, very welcoming and helpful, a great source of knowledge to help me find exactly what I want when I don't even know what it is, I'll be going back to Heidi whenever I ever need a great gift

I entrusteed David Christopher to repair two diamond rings for me which were to cost me almost £400 to repair under a payment plan but with a deposit to authorise repair. Their customer communication was extremely poor and when challenged they had excuse after excuse blaming staff who had previously left which was very unprofessional. The staff gave me all sorts of excuses as to why there was delay and to cap it all, my rings were not repaired well and to my satisfaction but there was no apology or reduction in price. The staff were arrogant and unhelpful and I would not recommend.

We were quoted £10 to get a ring resized. They agreed and took the ring off us sent it away only to phone 4 days later saying it would be £60. We asked for the ring back and they told us we would have to wait to get it back! They didn't seem to see any problem with any of this and did nothing to help solve this issue they had caused. Absolutely shocking customer service- I certainly would never recommend.

Horrible service, came in to ask for a refund, for bracelet that my Mom bought, instead of refund, got all the stupid reasons why they can't refund it. Like, they have to contact the bank and check whose name the card is on, that was used for purchase, and only that person can return it. Although changing it to something else in the store is all fine.... basically didn't want to do a refund...

It was great no puss or anything like that titanium is great 😊

Customer service needs to be addressed in this shop. Respect the customer while serving - was addressed as 'Luvvie' all the way through being served - once they got round to serving me...there was only one other customer at the time! Not exactly rushed off their feet!

The staff were very helpful, friendly and extremely professional.
