If i could have 0 stars, I would. The customer service is absolutely appalling, some of the staff are incredibly rude (one dark haired girl in particular).

After the visiting the Launceston branch, I can honestly say, what a friendly bunch of staff. The individuals that work there are both positive and professional, and for that reason I would definitely revisit there again, purely for this fact. I would definitely recommend it.

Went to the store today to return the item and the lady was very rude and condescending on the time scales and reason for the return. We had asked before if we could return and was told yes we don't want a refund a store credit is fine. The reason for the delay is the customer had an heart attack and we have been able to keep the works program. A simple exchange for another item would have been fine.

Brilliant customer service, I went in without pre-ordering with a broken plumbing part in my hand (isolator valve) and the lady behind the counter didn't stop checking it against various products of the same type in the stock room until she found exactly the right shape and size part with the right fittings on. So That's a very happy me :) and it was all for a £3 part so no big profit to be made there. Will definitely be using them again

Excellent service - fantastic help from Brad and Tracy with my plumbing issue - I think the company needs to put them forward for a commendation - as they went way above and beyond. I will defiantly be back.
