Came here for a quick meal at lunch just after opening, staff were friendly place is clean and has a great aesthetic. Got the honey chicken and it's possibly the best food I've ever eaten! Great flavour, fresh and colourful. Try the honey roast chicken you won't regret it, I polished the plate clean! I couldn't expect any better from a high end restaurant. 10/10 would recommend.

A fantastic little place. We went to visit the University and took a chance before the 4hr drive home. It did not disappoint. It was delicious and reasonably priced! Obviously got dessert too! My son was so amazed by it too, the honey chicken was fabulous 👌

Terrible service. Terrible food. Chips looked like they were left over from the previous evening and refried. Peas inedible. Dry Dirty glasses What was supposed to be a chicken Mayo sandwich came in a stale ciabatta with low quality chicken and absolutely swimming in garlic Mayo. Even after we polity made them aware of the inedible food they charged full price and even tried to charge a service fee. Of which there was no service. We were waiting a ridiculous amount for time for waitress to clear the plates considering how quiet the pub was with No apology. Very rude and bad attitude by manageress. Won’t be returning.

Cozy, modern gastro pub with greek themes (the ceiling is incredible!) that has friendly staff and an incredible menu and a great selection of drinks. Highly recommended. Also, the beer garden in summer is brilliant. Our kids love the play area! Most of the times we've been, there's always a free table, so usually no need to book - which is quite refreshing nowadays! 5*

I can definitely recommend the food, but the service was very slow as the poor barmaid was on her own, she was working so hard. That said the food was great and we really like the feel of the place, a proper pub, plus it's dog friendly which wax perfect for us. Food not overpriced.

Excellent pub classics with a French twist available gluten free at The Crown, Bathford.  Full 4* review at coeliacwellnes.com. Naturally gluten free food made safely for our some of our coeliac team.  Could publicise their proficiency more, but overall safe efficient & friendly service.  Will definitely return.

It's been a long time since I last visited The Crown (over 20 years). It's now a more relaxing place than it used to be. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all of my party had a good time. Shame they don't serve food in the afternoon as I would have liked to have sampled something even if it was just a baguette. Great selection of beers.

Pleasant pub with attentive staff but the food was below what we were expecting having being recommended. Hake was good but tomato overpowered the dish. Greek meze was ok, chicken was good, chicken pie was delicious but mashed potatoes lacked seasoning, steak was good. Desert was somewhat disappointing

Driven past this pub tens of times and never stopped... I've been missing out all this time! Such a cool interior, good selection of beers (and spirits) and finally delicious yet reasonable food! Lamb stew special was delicious, I'll definitely be back again!

Lived in Bath for years & has never been inside until yesterday. What a great place! Lad behind bar was friendly, very accommodating & provided excellent service. Food was delicious and the chef took full account (and more) of my (numerous) dietary needs. Thoroughly enjoyed my lunch. Prices very reasonable in my opinion.

Absolutely lovely pub, staff really friendly. Little wait on food ( was peak time and they did pre worn us when we walked in) food was very good and offer great gluten free options would definitely recommend.

Went for a Sunday lunch with friends. Absolutely beautiful food. The portions were amazing (though 2 Yorkshire puddings would have been better!) and everyone praised the vegetables. Service was impeccable and we even had puddings as we didn't want to leave. 2 and a half hours later we headed home very full and very happy. Well worth the drive.

Absolutely lovely place, popped in on our way to centre parcs and got a table straight away, nice and busy with a cozy friendly atmosphere, dog was welcome too! What can I say about the food…… amazing 10/10 we had sausage and mash aswell as steak and chip and woooow…delicious, will definitely go back! Well worth the 30 min drive! Thank you
