2 great Lads carried it up and even plummed it in for me highly recommend them

Not very good want my money back the pictures they sent are not how they look when they delivered all bashed lid very lose dints all over cracked .shocked get that it's reconditioned but it's not worth £120 pound they left my house within 5 minutes and refused to come back straight away .I'm really disappointed but if I don't get my money back tomorrow morning shall be going trading standards. It's dangerous.😡

Bought a cooker just over three months ago, it has stopped working already! The fan has burnt out. EDIT So in response to the sellers comment, I am fully aware that the appliance came with a short three month guarantee, but it was just over three months when the failure occurred. I do not know if the item was 'tested' and by whom, but the dangerous burn out really should not have happened, especially so soon! My review is definitely not 'spam'. I have the invoice to prove it. So in response to the sellers latest comment, what a ridiculous statement that I just wanted to give feedback, as if I was happy that the cooker was not fit for use! I wanted a cooker that was in working order and not a danger.

Bought a wine cooler about 3 months ago from here. The chap who served me was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. A part failed on the cooler after 6 weeks. They were happy to help and the issue was resolved. There was a slight delay on resolving the issue due to holidays and sickness but resolved nonetheless.

Bought a fab, 'all singing all dancing' washing machine advertised last week on FB Marketplace. I paid £20 delivery which was very reasonable as it came from a fair distance away. It was delivered by the engineer Tuesday, I paid cash and he even removed the old one and set it all up as he had arrived much earlier than I expected! There are a few marks, (it's not brand new) but none really noticeable when machine is in place and at a £500 saving, I can live with them and definitely wouldn't complain! After the engineer left, there were some weird issues happening so I rang the number on the receipt. The guy I spoke to couldn't have done any more for me. He called me back with solutions, stayed in contact by text and phone. I was offered a replacement or repair and a loan machine to be brought to me via the engineer should it need to go for repair. As it's such an amazing washer I really wanted to keep it as I'm unlikely to find another like it at the price... I've searched for months! So he kindly arranged for the engineer to come back to my home within 24 hours to look at it. He arrived this morning and it was sorted in literally minutes but he stayed a good while to make sure everything was definitely OK. He had said I could have my money back if they couldn't sort it but it really was something and nothing and I'm so very happy to be keeping it. Having now done two washes since he left, I'm absolutely delighted with this machine for the money but more so, the brilliant customer service I've received from these 2 guys in the last 24 hours. It will most definitely be the first place I go to should I need to purchase any pre-loved appliances in the future and would definitely recommend them to others. Thanks again guys :)

Originally left a good review. Had 2 tumble dryers from the company- first one I returned after it broke with a leak and I collected another, which also later broke with the drum not spinning. My warranty was still in date but refused to warrant a full refund. The person on the phone asked if I would like the engineer to fix it but couldn’t give a specific time or date to when this would happen, due to the engineer being too busy- I was also worried another problem may arise. On both occasions, the person on the phone, asked me to bring it to the shop. I brought the original one back, however did not think it was fair to bring another back (especially after it was delivered to me originally). After much argument and rudeness on the phone, it was picked up a few days later and a partial refund given. Would not recommend.

Loads of choice. I bought a washer, dryer, fridge freezer and sofa and they were all delivered on the same day. All the staff were really helpful from the gentleman in the shop to the delivery team. I still need beds and bedroom furniture and will definitely buy from here.

I would highly recommend nw furniture. Fab guys and amazing prices i got an ottomen single bed and mattress for £130. Cheapest i found around. Amazing service. Thanks guys

I got quite a few things from here a suite a fridge a washer and microwave I live in a 2nd floor apartments all was brought up to a room of my choice I rang the day after to say my fridge wasn't working proper they brought me a new one within the hour fantastic service well done guys
