The best place to recommend to every people i know, as its cheap and of good quality to purchase especially for families you can purchase it in bulk. The best part is that we can have a lot of stuff.... In short A to Z quality stuff for everyone. If you are looking for a place to buy things for party then i would suggest everyone to run up to this place as you will get all products in one go and come home back with more that what you expected, and also with just the half price that you spend somewhere else. It also has got freshly baked food items which is really cheap but holds the great taste and quality that everyone would say i never regret for being in this place. The best that i liked thete is the groceries that you can buy in big amount like for a litre of oil you purchase from normal shop may cost you 2-3 pounds but here you can get a 5 litr jar with just the price of 5-6 pound which really makes a vast difference. Last but mot the least the vegetables and fruits you can buy it fresh and really seasonal. The arrangements are arranged so well.

Cafe is going downhill- no ice on both machines and warm drinks - no hot dogs but Cumberland sausages instead (for months)- no mustard on self serve and not offered you have to go back. Whoever is the manager or area manager need to get this sorted and I will happily upgrade review. I am sure the CEO in the states wouldn’t be happy and I know Craig personally.

Place is good but the staff are extremely rude. Got served by Clare today who was more concerned about her nails than serving customers. We had to return one item back as there was an issue with it, she started Huffing and puffing at us, literally threw our stuff across, didn’t even wait for us to finish putting stuff in the trolley, she started serving the next customer, laughing and joking with them. Everyone should be treated the same.

It's located just opposite Cardiff city stadium. This is a massive store. The meat section was well stocked. They had loads of offers on items. The store was clean and well maintained. The baked goods section had a nice selection of pastries. I'm still amazed that you can actually buy a fully grown olive tree in store ( almost 7-8 ft). The food options are sold at a reasonable price. The pizzas were massive for what they cost. The pizza combo with garlic bread and a bottle of Pepsi is very well priced.

Based in a popular retail park just across from the Cardiff city football stadium, with a huge free parking lot next to it. This is a great Costco, never had any issues here, it's always nice and clean. Lots of in-store deals, and always seems to be plenty of tasters available in all the different aisles to tempt you into buying something you didn't come in for. Their in-store hot food is fantastic and so is the "fast food" after the tills, just be prepared to queue as it's always moving slow for their popular food after the tills.

I love Costco, you can shop everything you want at wholesale prices once you have your membership card. The prices are very fair from household items to groceries and even some yummy ready to eat food and snack

Costco is Disney world for adults. The staff are great and It has everything you need and everything you didn’t know that you needed - all at a better price than you can get anywhere else. My only gripe is that I lack the fridge and freezer space for all of my bulk-bought food items. The good news is that Costco sells fridges and freezers! Love the shop but for goodness sake pack it in with the whole checking receipts on exit to make sure your customers haven't stolen anything. Your clearly not doing it to ensure I've been charged correctly for my benefit as all they do is count the number of items. It's 2022 not 1822 and there are much easier less invasive ways to manage theft by customers without the cost or at least one staff member checking every receipt.

Great place for bulk buying. Good deals at times. The bakery is heaven. I enjoy shopping there from time to time but sometimes its cheaper in other supermarkets so just know your prices before going. You can also have your car tires replaced whilst shopping which can be useful.

Great wholesale /retail warehouse. The pizza is just like in America... Yummy and inexpensive. Bakery goods are great and affordable and there's a nice young man, Morgan that was really helpful. Cute American accent too 🎂😎

Shopping trolleys left all over the car park! It won’t be long until one damages a car. I understand it’s not the fault of the store because some shoppers are lazy to return them but if you don’t force customers to return the trolley with a coin then at least collect them!

Bulk items, can get some good offers too, fresh bakery, garden furniture, toys, trees, clothes, frozen foods, birthday cakes (they are big) and basically everything else. I would say some staff are friendly and others just avoid being spoken too! Cheap and cheerful food like pizza, hotdogs, jacket potato etc overall I do like browsing and shopping here.

I LOVE Costco. Excellent prices for the most part and the staff and very helpful. The quality of the fresh food items are great and as a result Costco is my “go to” store for most things. They handled the pandemic like a champ and strictly enforced face masks which was great and gave us huge confidence while shopping in there. Thank you Costco and keep up the good work!

What is going on!!!!! Last month l gave them 5stars. Today I wouldn't give them 1. Went to the café (complete shambles). No pizza I don't know who the manager is but I think they need more training. It's Friday evening and you're not going takeaway. Who thought that was a good idea!!!!

Yesterday (29th) I bought a pack of fresh cut pineapple. Today I opened the pack and the pieces are fizzy (fermenting). The use by date on the pack is 28th, the day AFTER I bought them in store. Went on website to inform but there is the usual death by telephone number. So, maybe they will notice this. It sours when you cannot trust the shop and have to check.

This is a great store with plenty of offers and deals and great prices. The staff are friendly and helpful. The cafe here is great here cheap food with great portion sizes and great quality. Really enjoyable. This place is well worth a visit but must be a member.

Been a member here since they opened. Staff very well trained and professional. It is a pleasure to shop here. The food bar is well worth the visit. Giant hot dog and 22oz soft drink with free refill only £1.50 and the 18in pizza to take home is only £8.95 Well worth the annual membership fee.

This review is dedicated to Ross and an anonymous customer for their kindness and helpfulness. I accidentally lost my wallet while shopping, and Ross went out of his way to assist me in finding it. Although Ross did not find the wallet, it was eventually turned in at the police station by a thoughtful customer (to whom I extend a huge thank you!).

Never had a good experience there. The staff are not helpful and rude. Particularly this one lady who made me not want to go back. I’d rather shop somewhere else that has good customer service.

Went there first time today, 02 Oct 2021 and, as a fruit lover, I couldn't help but notice the biggest pineapples in the fruit section 😋 I've seen anywhere in the UK. Pomegranates looked nice too and grapes come in bigger portions than elsewhere. Also exotics like rambutans are available. Wondering if I'll be just as pleasantly surprised with the next season's fruits.

Samples could be better but the prices are great. Just make sure you read the VAT at the end so you're not in for a surprise

Stopped in for toilet rolls and a quick bite to eat. The cafe is brilliant and very cheaply priced you can have a beautiful hot dog with drink a jacket potatoe with two toppings and a plain ice cream for around £5. The pizza 🍕 sluces are huge or you can order hole pizzas cooked to take home. I just wish the had a fuel station at this site because their fuel prices in other locations are normally very competitive if not the cheapest around

Costco brings a little bit of the USA to Cardiff! Very efficient and friendly staff, great deals and always plenty of products that are offer. Good parking and a take away cafe that’s great value. Always a good visit

stopped at the door while the one before us passed through. The staff by the door was on radio, thought my card would be checked after she finished the call, but this didn't happen until I challenged her why shr let one British gentleman behind us entered without his card being checked. PLUS, she put her finger on her lips twice even before I started to speak. Cancelled my membership, welling to pay slightly more pence for better customer service.

Love Costco! Love to see what they've got in stock. They often sell quirky stuff that is unusual, as well as the normal stuff you need for home.

The shop is okay but when you get to the cafe, everything is terrible. They only clean this once a decade, from what it looks like. Too disgusted to eat here. McDonald's has better hygiene.

The fresh food is excellent. The variety of product and quality is second to none. As long as you understand much of the product is bulk buy you'll be fine, no shocks through the checkout. BTW the fresh meat is superb.

I recently visited the Costco Food Court in Cardiff and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the affordable prices. The menu had a good range of options, including hot dogs, pizzas, and sandwiches, all of which were delicious and satisfying. One of the best things about the food court was the free refills for drinks, which is a rarity in the UK. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the seating area was clean and well-maintained. Wholesale shopping for everyone but there is a membership fee to pay. You get a free additional card. You can also get batteries and tires and the prices are not too bad. I usually buy tissue paper, kitchen roll and other household essentials in bulk so if you are like me, then its worth the membership fee.

November 2022. I purchased a 6ft nutcracker. Have to say he's magnificent, I'm so so pleased with him. The comments I've had already are all positive, he really is worth purchasing. I've waited years to get one, now I have I've decided to by the other one so I have a pair. 100% purchase satisfactory.....

Well worth the annual fee. They claim you cannot find what they offer anywhere else any cheaper.. their seasonal Christmas ranges are amaizing. The fresh meat section offers a good choice of cuts. I particularly like the pork loin steaks. Their own brand kitchen paper is exceptionally good value. It can be used and then rinsed out over and over. Great product. Been using it for ages.

Have been using Costco for most of 2021 and find the staff helpful, store well laid out, and offers very good. Bought a light for our bathroom and it knocked spots off products from other DIY stores. even our electrician friend asked where we got it so he could have one. Two bedside lamps with clock built in was another fabulous buy and cheaper than elsewhere. We don't buy spirits as for us no cheaper and the brands are not to our liking. Lots of fun to be had with such variety that you could easily pass a few hours without feeling bored. great store.
