I feel so lucky to have such an advanced and trustworthy salon down the road - I think I’ve found a real gem. I’ve only just had my first treatment, but the experience was SO good that I felt like I needed to leave a review. The wonderful experience started with the loveliest receptionist helping me book in my patch test despite my last minute booking. I really struggle with anxiety in new situations, but Rachael put me at ease and talked me through everything in such a thorough patch test consult. She was just so lovely and knowledgeable. I then came in for my appointment with Brooke the next day and then it was instantly clear that Ciao Bella just have the BEST staff - she was equally as wonderful and totally knew her stuff. I’m SO looking forward to continuing my treatments with Brooke!

I cannot recommend Ciao Bella Aesthetics enough. I went to the wrington clinic and had my lips done with Brooke and it was such a great experience. Ive never had any form of filler before and don't think i could have chosen better for where i went. Brooke made me feel so relaxed and in such good hands throughout my appointment and i couldn't be happier with the outcome of my lips. I cant wait to come back in the future!

I have been a client of Alex for around 7 years now. From before Alex started her 3 Ciao Bella Clinics. I wouldn't go anywhere else the care Alex and her team take to discuss the treatments with you is above and beyond. If they feel you don't need something they will say which is very refreshing. The ease of booking and the appointments is 2nd to none, Alex and her team are fantastic if your thinking of having a treatment done go for it with a consultation you wont look back. Had my lips done by Alex Today, and cannot recommend them enough! I’ve not had them done for around 8years, and hate needles!! I went in completely stressed and left extremely happy and relaxed, I’m not into the false look and they look perfectly natural! Alex was so calm and understanding and very patient 😂 I was recommended by so many people in Bristol to go to Alex and I cannot complain! 5 Star!

She’s on the booking system as nurse Brookes so I’ll call her that to help when you all want to book her. So I’m 34 and been having Botox for far too long, I only found her in the last year and let me tell you, she is the best by far. The results you get are second to none, I cannot recommend her enough. Also, if you’re new to Botox and fillers…. she’s knowledgeable as well as so lovely, it’s like seeing your friend for a catch up! BIG fan of nurse Brookes

The procedure I was booked in for is quite painful but the girls were very kind and professional and made time to ensure there was as little discomfort as possible. The new bed is extremely comfortable! Would highly recommend Ciao Bella.

Brilliant service. I had a small tag / lump on the very edge of my eyelid that was causing me some discomfort. I got an appointment quickly and was treated by Alex who explained everything clearly, took her time as it was very close to the eye and did a fantastic job. I’m delighted with the results. Highly recommended.

It was my first time at Chao Bella and I had booked the 3ml Filler Package with Emma. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and I was seen to promptly. Emma from start to finish was wonderful and very informative when giving advice following on from listening to what areas I had concerns about. The procedure was great, quick and pretty much pain free bar the usual small stings from the needle in more sensitive areas and I have next to no bruising :D !
