tourist,

feel
compelled
to
warn
others
about
the
scam
tactics
and
abysmal
customer
service
at
this
particular
gym.
It's
evident
that
they
prioritize
making
astronomical
amounts
of
unnecessary
money
over
providing
a
satisfactory
experience
for
their
customers.
First
and
foremost,
attempting
to
contact
this
gym
is
an
exercise
in
frustration.
They
never
pick
up
the
phone
as
promised,
and
any
attempts
to
reach
out
are
met
with
radio
silence.
This
lack
of
communication
is
a
significant
red
flag,
especially
for
tourists
who
may
have
limited
time
and
specific
inquiries.
My
encounter
with
the
front
desk
person
only
reinforced
my
negative
impression
of
this
establishment.
Not
only
was
he
incredibly
rude,
but
he
also
demonstrated
a
complete
lack
of
willingness
to
assist.
When
I
politely
requested
to
speak
with
a
supervisor,
he
outright
refused,
showing
a
blatant
disregard
for
customer
concerns.
The
pinnacle
of
their
questionable
practices
came
when
the
front
desk
person
attempted
to
scam
me
into
paying
extra
money.
I
had
clearly
stated
that
I
was
a
tourist
and
only
required
access
to
the
gym
for
one
month.
Instead
of
accommodating
my
reasonable
request,
he
shamelessly
tried
to
exploit
the
situation
by
insisting
on
additional
charges.
This
deceitful
behavior
is
unacceptable
and
reflects
poorly
on
the
gym's
reputation.
It's
important
to
remember
that
the
front
desk
person
represents
the
face
of
any
business.
If
this
is
the
treatment
that
guests
can
expect,
it's
evident
that
the
management
of
this
gym
has
a
long
way
to
go
in
terms
of
understanding
customer
service.
Frankly,
I
am
puzzled
as
to
how
this
place
manages
to
stay
in
business.
With
such
unethical
practices
and
an
utter
lack
of
regard
for
customers,
it's
difficult
to
comprehend
why
anyone
would
choose
to
support
this
establishment.
I
strongly
advise
anyone
considering
this
gym
to
steer
clear
and
explore
alternative
options.
There
are
undoubtedly
better
gyms
out
there
that
value
their
customers
and
prioritize
providing
a
positive
experience.
Don't
subject
yourself
to
the
frustrations
and
disappointments
that
this
particular
gym
offers.
