    This place is great in so many ways. If you want to learn everything from how to get off the couch and getting into shape or simply learning how to get active and healthy. Crossfit Hasharon Poleg has the most helpful and professional coaching you can ask for. You can be a pro athlete or you can be the normal working dude (like myself) and they treat you all equal. No doubt this place earned five stars.
