Be aware. 1. Very limited to no parking. Had to park on the street about 10 minute walk from the hotel. 2. It is not on the beach it is a cross the street from the night life and another street to the beach. 3. Reception was cold and took longer then it should. 4. Hotel looks like it is not well maintained and has serious ware. You can see it throughout the hall and room. AC filter needs to be changed. Lights, safe, cabinets, shower, you name it needs to be repaired and uploaded. 5. Cab hear a lot of noise in the room. Not sure if it is from inside or outside the hotel. Not worth your time or money. Go down to tel Aviv but better options. If you need to stay in natanya go to the david tower it is about $80-$100 more but it has on site parking and better reviews. Definitely regretting not paying the difference.

It was excellent services and customer care, especially restaurent, rooms and business lounge. Advice to all touring to Israel, Natanya city to have an enjoyfull stay in this Hotel.

Very friendly and courteous staff, great rich buffet and clean rooms with great cleaning staff. In summary, absolutely worthwhile and I would come back there again if I'm in netanya.

We spent a day here for a large family gathering. It is located on a busy street, but quiet at night. The beach is within walking distance (lots of stairs) and they offer free vouchers for chairs and umbrellas during the day. The pool on the roof was small, but had a nice view of the sea. The hotel itself was dated and the food was nothing more than okay, but they were very accommodating for anything we needed. All in all it's a good place to stay by the beach on a budget, but I'm sure you can find better bang for your buck elsewhere.

We stayed at this hotel for almost a week and loved it there. Staff is very friendly. Food is delicious. Free wifi. They also provide beach towels. Beach is about a 10 minute walk. I recommend this hotel.

Terrible absolutely terrible hotel. The service here is not even on a scale of decent. The manager in the front belittled my family for asking about rooms. He kept playing games and telling me there was the room we wanted and then telling me they didn’t. I would recommend you go anywhere besides this hotel. To have a manager like this running the front desk of your hotel is disgusting and horrid. He should be removed from his position immediately. If anyone from the Leonardo is reading this, make sure your guests feel comfortable and remove this man.

First time in Israel. Was impressed from Food and Room service. Everything was so delicious and the people were nice.

My wife and I began our pilgrimage to the Holy Land with a few days in Netayana while we awaited the arrival of the rest of our group. The hotel was clean and it seemed to be newly renovated. Our original room had a strong odor of cigarette smoke but the staff were quick to find another room for us. The buffet breakfast and dinner is phenomenal! Especially by US hotel standards. Keep in mind the food is kosher so you will not have any meat options at breakfast and you will not have any dairy options at dinner. But the selection was incredible and I left every meal satisfied (and a little disappointed that my stomach could not hold more food!!). I am writing this review at the end of my tour after staying at five different hotels and I must say that this is one of the best I used.

The lack of parking is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. Besides, nobody takes a 5-star review seriously anyway. 5 star staff, 5 star food, very comfy room, good Wi-Fi, they clean the room daily, I refuse to stay anywhere else in Netanya. By the way, if you have to park a car there is a free public lot just about 50 meters north of hotel Ginot Yam that almost always has spaces available. This is a 5 - 7 minute walk from Leonardo Plaza and is quite nice as it’s beside the sea. I highly recommend this hotel.

The crew was really nice and welcoming. Some of the rooms are pointing to the sea and the rooms did through a large makeover. Overall I can say that the hotel was really nice and perfectly located, Breakfast are good, Pool on rooftop looks good and gym is brand new. Will recommend to stay there.

I recently stayed during a business trip. Attentive and caring staff, clean rooms, buffet with lots of choice and good food. When I will come back to Netanya it will be my first choice. Thank you and see you again.

The service here is exceptional. You are greeted with a wide smile and offered upgrades, dinner vouchers, etc. All staff are friendly, there is a daily present (fruit / dates) in your room, and they always check in to see if you are comfortable. The food is also heavenly. Both breakfast and dinner buffets were some of the best I’ve had. The facilities may not be top notch (eg the lift takes forever, the gym is cozy) but the staff make up for it to make your experience unforgettable. Thank you to Doubi, Zipora and the crew!

Our stay at the Leonardo in Netayna was so nice. It was like a diamond in the rough. The service and staff was unlike any I have experienced in Israel and this was my 12th trip! I’m so thankful we stayed here. They immediately recognized I was hungry and tired and so Lihi offered me the breakfast buffet for myself and 7 others! Lihi also offered us room Upgrades and made sure everyone in our group was near each other. The views and rooms were nice as well but what made the difference for me was the service. Thank you! For my next travels I will be looking for Leonardo hotels.

Great place to stay - right in the heart of the action in Netanya. Pool is small sized si fun for kids, and has a toddler pool and stunning sea views. The service model is one of excellence, with the manager often walking round and chatting to guests. Staff seem happy and issues are addressed, even when things are busy. There are treats included eg surprise ice lollies by the pool and lobby snacks. Breakfast and shabbat dinner are standard for Israel and this price point of hotel, and nice/abundant

Really good hotel, with fantastic staff for our krav maga week. The snacks after the training sessions were really appreciated. The breakfast was good and the rooftop pool with view over the sea was nice

I will try to keep it brief as I have much to write about this hotel. The staff here are exceptional, from Michal & Yaron at the front desk to the sweet Doubi (Customer Satisfaction Manager) and Sigala (Hotel Manager). Any issues were swiftly dealt with. This hotel runs a very encouraging reward system for their staff which causes them to excel in customer service. The breakfast is very nice with a big variety of foods and plenty of healthy choices. The location is brilliant as it is right in the centre, close to many restaurants, and only a few minute walk from a nice beach. P.S. I'm the one who had the problem with the Expedia price difference, so thank you for sorting the issue for me.

I arrived at Leonardo Plaza Hotel, Netanya Israel for the weekend. From the moment we arrived, the staff was amazing. Attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and most helpful in marking sure our stay was pleasant. The rooms were beautiful, clean and modern. The dining room was phenomenal. The staff, including Gustavo and Lihi, were beyond amazing. They ensured that everyone was receiving the attention they required, food was more than plentiful and beautifully displayed, in addition to clearly being delicious. The tables were clean and set nicely. Staff was attentive and the entire experience was more than five stars. I will definitely recommend to everyone I know, in addition to staying here again.

Nice hotel, not too fancy but in the center. No parking for hotel guests. Dinner and breakfast are very basic. Hotel Manager Dubi was very kind and respectful.

Could have been good if they cleaned the glass around the pool so you could see the sea like advertised. Also, should be more in control of the guests smoking and taking over the pool with horrible music in extremely high decibels. People come to relax and enjoy the pool not to be amidst a discoteque and lose their hearing. When asked to lower the sound received threats and hotel did little to stop it. Be ware if you are looking to enjoy and relax this is definitely not the place to go. Need to add that the hotel took no responsibility and denied anything happened, which reduced their rating from 2 to 1 star.

Really kind and professional check in. Reception team was excellent. We got the rooms early than expected. All hotel stuff was really supportive. Hotel is nicely designed. Room was clean and comfortable. CoronaVirus instructions were kept well during our stay. Dinner and breakfast were really good. Special thanks to Mr. Dubi that gives every guest special attention. He always was there to take care of everything - he took our hosting experience at the hotel into the highest level. He is without a doubt a unique figure in the hotel who contributes fully.

We had a Shabat Chatan, and our stay was no less then marvelous. Prompt room and dining service with a smile. Excellent cuisine and fashionable clean rooms. The pool was a bit understaffed, but has a great view and clean swimming water

Nice hotel, good location, food decent (though would benefit from a wider selection), staff friendly and helpful, cleanliness very good. Stayed during the winter months so pool was closed, for some reason gym was also closed and therefore didn't have benefit of full facilities. Lack of parking the one real negative, otherwise a positive experience.

Nice 3 stars hotel near the beach and a busy city center with stores, buses ambulances, taxis and police cars. Breakfast is OK, don't expect nothing very fancy.

Location, room, food, staff friendliness & helpfulness were all outstanding. The proximity to the beach (amazing soft fine sand and beautiful, warm Mediterranean water) and the Haatzmaut square made for a very enjoyable experience. My minor complaint was that the water was scaldingly hot and needed caution.

The staff honestly go out of their way to make your stay feel like home. The food is top notch and a special thank you to every staff member that made our stay be memorable, to many of you to name. Location is by far the best….. 5 minute walk to the beach and your literally at the square so restaurants, cafes and shopping steps away. The rooms are clean and comfortable, good supply of towels and toiletries provided. This is my 4th time staying here and can’t wait to book again. All I can say is thank you again.

The rooms are very comfortable with the home plus vacation vibe. Their meals are lovely and the location is excellent if you love to take a walk around the beach. I enjoy the weekend entertainment around the center.... Lastly, the staff are welcoming, very polite and help you in any way they can... I really love here.

Doubi the owner/manager is very nice, friendly and helpful, but it's obvious the lack of revenue during Covid took its toll. The rooms were just not what you would expect from a cleanliness and upkeep perspective. The staff is friendly, but there is just not enough of them to keep things top-notch.

I have stayed in Leonardo Plaza Hotel for the last 7 days. It provides a very relaxing environment for a first time visitor to Israel. Very friendly staff especially at the front desk and restaurant.. The proximity to the beach makes its a great location in a very beautiful city.

Absolutely stunning Shabbat meals, rich breakfast, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff and the manager Dubi will remember you and your favorite kind of morning coffee prom the first second and will make you feel you just came to visit your yiddishe mama for a chag. This was my second time staying at Leonardo, here for work from the US. Sigal (GM) and her entire staff are so wonderfully hospitable! The food is fantastic, rooms clean, and location is perfect for shopping, food, and beach. The SCR/MSD team will always stay at Leonardo!

First of all their hospitality is amazing, in addition their rooms, breakfast, lunch and diner are good. They have a great besiness lounge. I encourage you to visit this hotel.

No AC in room. Dirty rooms and public spaces. As a former Hilton GM, this property is not acceptable.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, wish there had been a view of the sea for the price we paid. The pool is pleasant but very small and shallow and the glass around the pool needs to be cleaned. The breakfast was very good, and Dooby the manager offered us a voucher for dinner one night and we were very pleasantly surprised. The dinner was delicious and there was something for everyone. The desserts were especially good for an Israeli hotel. There's usually cold water available in the lobby, but when there wasn't, an employee appeared immediately and offered to get me some. There is paid parking on the street or in nearby parking lots. The beautiful beach is a short 5 min walk but many steps down to the water. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

The hotel was beautifully designed, with clean and spacious rooms, and very close the the beach and boardwalk. Breakfast was fresh and there was a great variety of foods, and dinner was delicious as well. But above all, our stay was excellent due to the amazing staff, especially Dubi, who went above and beyond and catered to our every need. We highly recommend staying here!
