I sat there today with a friend. I ordered the fruit tart. Some of the fruit were brown and not fresh and the rest were from a preserved can. Once I realised that the fruit are not fresh and from a can I told the waiter who took the tart and returned and said it's fine. I told him it's not, the fruit are rotten and then the supervisor came and said that the fruit are fresh from today. I asked how can fruit from a can be considered fresh? I said that I don't want the cake and her answer was that I ate half the cake. Needless to say I did not eat half the cake, I had 3 bites until I realised the poor quality of the cake. I have never been to a restaurant where when you give back the dish they argue with you and say the dish is fine. I was shocked. When the bill came, of course they charged for the full disgusting cake as nd not half. My friend and her kids ordered an Oreo cake and a cheesecake who also were not that great and they also didn't finish them. ALL IN ALL POOR QUALITY AND POOR SERVICE!!!!!!

We were a big table of 14 took a long time to order, but the staff were very helpful and helped us get the best out of the menu

Not sure about their pastries, but menu food is served in paper plates with plastic cutlery - which isn’t a vibe. My sandwich also came cold - to my ask of heating it up, they microwaved it to the point of me having soggy, wet bread. Never had soggy bread for £13 before.

It's a lovely and cozy place. Its atmosphere is quiet in case you would like to study alone or host an event to practise languages (as I do). The staff of the cafe is friendly and the layout is convenient.

Horrible service, the waiters were not dressed in uniform and the hair was not tied, they tried to charge us extra items we didn't order because of the mistake of a waitress, when we went to pay they tried to take our cards with us to the back instead of brining the machine to the table and later we saw they could just bring the machine to us Would like to give half a star if possible

Food was pretty decent for Passover, i got a bagel sandwich and it really wasn't bad. My main issue is with the toilets (they were gross). There was no soap in the bathroom so i asked if i could wash my hands near the coffee machine but there was no soap there either. I then entered the kitchen and asked if I could wash my hands there but they also didn't have hand soap. The lack of soap is Slightly concerning given that they sell food

I've been going there for ten years or more! We love the fruit tart especially. The people are very nice there and the pastries seem very professional, though, I've never been to France!

Firstly I would like to mention the staff or lack of, the staff is very rude to say the least the give you the impression that there would be 100 other places they rather be. Bought a egg omelette sandwich that was at least a week old. Bread was hard, the vegetables were old and shriveled in short not eatable. Complete waist of money and not 36 Shekels not worth the paper that it came in. Coffee, if you can call it that, resembled dishwasher water in short save your money and take your business elsewhere. Never again.

We came at the end of our night for our anniversary and got eclair that looks delicious but tasted like it was a week old. When we complained the waiter was more than understanding and the manager refused to exchange. Very disappointing.

Food is ok. Pricey. Service average. They gave us a small loaf of bread for a party of six, after asking them... One little plate of potatoes and two little plates of white rice for six people. This was supposed to be part of the main dish. One carafe of water, not enough for six people. Fish without any taste.

Food is fine, but the waitresses are a total disaster. And no menus in foreign languages.

The food is ok. Waitress was very kind. I asked precisely for fresh squeezed juice. Waitress said they fresh squeeze lemon juice and pomegranate juice. When the juice came it wasn’t like fresh squeezed at all and full of water. I give one star only just because if this deception.

I’ve bought some profiteroles, and it was completely spoiled with mold all over it!!! The purchase was done at 10.00 on 20.06.

I would like to share my experience with this establishment. First, and most importantly, the lack of service. You can wait for the seller for minutes until he talks to colleagues or pays attention. Secondly, desserts taste normal. I wanted to try a lot of desserts, but the first item beat off all desire. What's in the big, what's in the small one and the same, rolling your eyes at any request. P. S. Coffee is not tasty at all.

Great little place, very friendly staff, reasonable prices, and pastries are incredible. Everything is so good the hard part is deciding which items to try.

I was here with my family today and the food was extremely fresh and delishes the waiters and staff were also extremely kind and helpful we truly had an amazing time here Thank you!

I’ve eaten at Perugino multiple times. It is likely the most popular restaurant/pastry shop on the square. They just expanded a second location steps from the square. At night, you can see half the pastries are gone. During peak hours waiter service is a bit slower but all the wait staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Also, any waiter will help you. You don’t need to wait for your waiter. And you can grab a menu at front before sitting down. The food is excellent, the bread is served warm, and the portions are large.

We had nice freshly squeezed orange juice and fredo coffee which was good, we ate the cake apple strudel and walnuts strudel and the poppy seed strudel. The cakes filling was good but the dough was too hard and was difficult to tackle with cake fork provided. The staff was nice and heated the cakes to our request. Overall good experience maybe its best to go with the other desserts available.

Their desserts are moldy! With the naked eye, it is evident that the desserts are not fresh, and some of them have mold. It is a terrible place, and I do not recommend it to anyone unless you want to get food poisoning.

This dessert was by far the worst I've ever had. It felt like a semi-finished product, yet it cost as much as a cake from a high-end pastry shop. To make matters worse, it wasn't even fully defrosted. The low-quality ingredients used in this dessert were completely out of place for a confectionery of this caliber, especially in comparison to the level of Italian confectioners, their advertising, and their interior.
