The service was absolutely horrible. We arrived for a birthday dinner at 6:30, the hostess told us that she didn't know the wait time and the restaurant was full. After saying that we would wait, the owner came out to tell off the family in front of us that "They don't do waiting". They left in a huff. The next server told us at least 30 minutes to wait even though there were empty tables. He seated the Israeli family in front of us right away. Apparently they don't serve you if you don't speak Hebrew. We gave up after 20 minutes and rude service and walked across the street to Max Brenner. Much better service, much better food. These people clearly so not understand how to operate a restaurant. Wait until the staff and the owner actually learn how to serve the public.

If you're looking for a nice place to sit and chat with your friends and enjoy modern Israeli music while eating sweets, this is probably as good a place as any. OTOH if you're looking for good Belgian waffles - look elsewhere. While this place is styled for modern schick and had the atmosphere for the modern youth, the food is generic and minimal effort - while the menu does sport a dizzying amount of waffle topping options, they're all this commercial off-the-shelf spread with that commercial off-the-shelf ingredient. The whipped cream is spray-on and the "ice-cream" is veggie-oil dairy frozen desert (i.e. not cream based). The waffles themselves are what you get in any generic Israeli place that has "Belgian waffles" on the menu - i.e. not in any way related to actual Belgian waffles. Lastly, the prices are kind of ridiculous for outside Tel-Aviv: we had two waffles, a cold drink, a hot drink and a milkshake and paid over ₪200, where waffles are about ₪60 each - at the coffee place across the street you'd get a better waffle (with actual ice-cream) for much less. We haven't tried their food menu but it looks like a standard variety fair with nothing that requires actual effort and from looking at other tables, expect the same offensively mediocre quality as the waffles and drinks we got. They do get some stars because the servers are friendly and somewhat effective. Do go there if you're looking for a cool place to hang with your friends, don't go there for the waffles.

Not anything at all. The times I've come, there's always something missing (somehow always what I want...strange). The service is weird. And if you don't have the dish, why make us wait? Offer something else. A place suitable for youth with a desire for sugar, and nothing more.

Great food in general but of course the highlight is the desserts and the Waffles. Nice atmosphere, great stuff and service and in specific - Aviel our waiter was the best, serviced with smile and had great recommendations from the menu.

Simply the best waffle you'll ever eat.

The food was delicious. The atmosphere was great. Service was tremendous. We didn't wait at all in order to receive our order. The dishes were precise and delicious. The waffle is absolutely a must taste. I'll come again!!!
