If you like dark, old fashioned bars, or "dives", like I do, this place is awesome. I always have a good time here. And their liquor selection is great. You rarely see places that have a whole wall, top to bottom with bottles.

One of the most iconic places in Netanya and has been my personal go to for more then a decade now, for many reasons.. The food is delicious. Owner and staff are super friendly. There's amazing complimentary cheek peas appetizer with every beer! The sawdust on the floor adds to the unique atmosphere, which is really nice and laid back. Great music played at just the right volume level, so you can have a conversation with your table effortlessly but can't pick up on conversations from other tables, which adds a feeling of intimacy. Overall really worth a visit if your in town.

I came to the Uranus on my vacation the hour was 12:30am and I got the worst customer service. They literally told me the bar is closed qt 12:50am even though it's stated online the closing time is 2:00 am. I'm highly disappointed. And don't recommend this place. You will be kicked out early and get the feeling you are inturapting for even sitting and trying to enjoy your night. Be aware of this place!!

It's a really nice place. Cosy and not too crowded. You really should make a reservation especially if it's 2+ people. They claim on the phone that inside you're not allowed to smoke but in reality, the employees as well as the guests all smoke. It's smells horribly. Luckily they have at least 4 ACs in the room so it's not as bad as it could have been but I won't go there again. I don't appreciate being lied to on the phone. There are no 🚭 signs anywhere BTW. The entrance smells strongly of weed. If those kinds of things are a deal breaker to you, I would stay away, otherwise, it's a really nice place. Besides that, almost all the alcohol selection comes either as shots or a chaser so not many sharing options. בקיצור בעברית: מקום מאוד נחמד, לא צפוף, ממוזג ושירות סבבה. הבעייה שלי זה סיגריות. בטלפון אומרים שלא מעשנים בפנים אבל בפועל אפילו עובדים, כולל הברמן, מעשנים בפנים. אין שלטים של 🚭. בכניסה זה עוד יותר גרוע, חייבים לעבור באיזור עישון כדי להכנס ויש שם ריח חזק של מריחואנה. אני לא מעריך שמשקרים לי בטלפון ו90% שאני לא אחזור לשם בגלל זה. ואני יוצא עם 10 חברים על בסיס שבועי, אז הפסד שלהם. בנוסף, שיטת התמחור של לפי שוט או צ'ייסר, אין אפשרות להזמין כוס או מנה גדולה מזה. אם שני אלה הם לא משמעותיים אז זה באמת אחלה מקום ללכת אליו, בשבילי אם יש קצת סיגריות של deal breaker אז אני לא אחזור.

We had a wonderful evening in Uranus tonight. Very lovely staff and we spoke to some friendly locals at the bar as well. I didn't give 5 stars be cause there were no people from the UK working and there were to manny songs played in Hebrew. When you want to be an Irish or English bar you have to be a little bit more British.

Favorite pub in Netanya. Cozy atmosphere, nice service and very delicious food (I wouldn’t be lying if I say they make the tastiest hamburgers I’ve ever eaten in my life). Not to mention the great music!

The food is great, the hands down best bar in Netania. I recommend trying איציק והנמלים(itzik ve hanemalim) will get you drunk from one of these bad boys, this bar passes the vibe check🔥

Jokingly, much as the name sounds, a hole... in the wall. A place so far back in the building, it's the last shop on your way out to the alley behind. You can enter from behind just as easily as the front. This place apparently has been here 40+ years with a clientele to match - a local joint "where everyone knows your name". Friendly folks, excellent service (a big deal in itself if you've ever gone to a restaurant in Israel) and good food with a full service bar. Not a tourist attraction, but old-skool Israeli bohemian style. I'll be going back...

Small comfy place that feels like home. Great alcohol, incredible burgers, awesome music (just a bit too loud tbh). Overall one of the best (if not THE best) bars in the center of Netanya.
