The real thing. You are getting a large portion of lukewarm, freshly made hummus with pita bread (great whole wheat pita's are available), optional hard boiled egg and not much else save small sides of raw onion, hot sauce, olives, a few pickles slices and hot peppers for the fearless and audacious. This is a hummus place, not a restaurant per se, you'll have to make compromises but the home made hummus mixed with lots of tahini, some lemon juice, and garnished with a handful of chickpeas, chopped parsley, a drizzle of olive oil, a sprinkle of middle eastern spices and a laddle of hot fava beans stew are plainly worth it. One of the tastiest options there is to cheaply fill an empty stomach with plenty of succulent, healthy goodness. The place looks spotless. Be aware that they close early mid-afternoon, as soon as they run out of food. You'll love it.

Very bad service , employees let u wait in line for 30 minutes while completely ignoring you. meanwhile they give attention to their friends from beside and help them pass line. Won’t come back anymore for sure

Great place! Serving hummus only with lots of fillers. Super friendly staff, large servings (really large!), tables inside and outside. Good coffee as well. The host is all smiles. This place is just a must to visit. And you can also take a bowl of hummus with you to enjoy at home.

Best hummus we've had in Israel, and we've had a LOT of hummus in 2 weeks. They make it just how you like it. Very friendly and outgoing staff, casual relaxed atmosphere. Our waitress was so great to frequently check about checking on us to see how everything tasted, and if we needed anything else. They even gave us awesome little espresso shots on the house. Great value for so much food. We're SO glad we stopped here for lunch on our drive up from Tel Aviv to Haifa.

Delicious, but pretty expensive and a very small place. Very hot and missing some stuff that make the place "Israeli".

Uzi is a funny guy, that for sure His Hummus is very good, with strong taste of 'cammun'. The Hummus is well balanced and not too thick. Uzi always ask if you want 'refill' (free). Place is small so there is a wait or no place during lunch... but other restaurants are around

The portions were too heavy for me. The Hummus was the best I've had in Israel. The complementary coffee was a nice touch and one that reminded me of home.

Tasty, light-ish on your stomach. If you are a fan of Humous this the place. Uzi is one of the best 3 Humous joints to eat in Israel.
