Wow! What an experience! First time and definitely not the last. The unique concept of not serving anything but meat, is crazy. The weirdest thing, that it works! The food was exceptional! We had the 7 meat tasting menu. One of the most enjoyable dinners I had, ever. Fine job, Alabama!

It's a great place for meat lovers, you got three route options, order a la cart (not really a cost effective option) and a two meat tasting options , one with 2 more options then the first one, you can decide to jump to the larger tasting option at at any time , drinks are not served (only water) and you are encouraged to bring as many beverages as you want , including wine and beer, wine glasses and corkscrew are offered. The meat itself is succulent and heavenly, the meat is made Alabama style (hence the name of the restaurant), highly recommended, must reserve in advance .

An amazing meal, in an intimate restaurant where all the dishes in the smokehouse get an extra dish every 15 minutes, you can take a tasting route of 4 types of meat for 190 or 6 tastings for 250. During the whole meal you get red bean stew, salad, and cabbage. They do not serve soft drinks or alcohol in the place except water from the tap, but you can come if you want what you want from home. There is also a store nearby where you can buy what you want.

Great experience for meat lovers, it's all about the best meat you can have in a slowly cooked method using their gigantic meat smoker. We took the tasting menu which was super good, and tasty. It includes either 4 or 6 types of meat that are served to the center of the table. Drinks you have to bring by yourself, which is super nice (no additional fee for that!) Side dishes are complementary and so is the small desert.

For a place known for only meat lovers it was a bit of a disappointment as some portion were overcooked and not as juicy and flavourful as we had expected. You can bring your own alcohol, which is an upside to the meal, but note that there aren't any kinds of drinks in the restaurant other than water, so plan ahead.

Pretty good dinner for the price. Beef ribs are delicious! Bring-your-own beverage is a refreshing concept for such a place. I liked it! Meat lovers will enjoy 8/10

Good restaurant, nice concept. Some free dishes in parallel to the meat. The quantity for 4 persons was smaller than expected. Ots a good experience but not the best meat you would eat.

Not your run-of-the-mill eatery! This place must have been a barn in it's previous life. The entire restaurant is just one big room with a smoker! The meat is delicious and the service was good! We also loved the concept of bringing our own drinks. It shows that all they care about is their food! Don't miss a chance to dine in this restaurant! highly recommended

Very disappointing. After several visits to Alabama we noticed a consistent decline in quality coupled with increase in prices. The pork neck and Asado were excellent but the skirt steak and Sinta were just anemic. Service was a little impatient and not welcoming. I think this is going to be our last visit, at least for a while...

A great place over all, the place needs some renovation but the food is amazing one of the best places you can visit in israel for meat lovers and the prices are great, highly recommended. You need to make a reservation in advance, they dont serve any drinks so bring your favorite drinks with you from home.

The concept of this restaurant is a series of small high quality meat servings. The quality is high but the meals are small and one has to wait a long time between servings. I git full just from waiting and munching on salads. Service is kind but a bit slow. The menu is not very informative and doesn't explain how the meals and the desserts work. The atmosphere and playlist are very good. They do serve good red wine.

A place for meat lovers. It doesn't provide any drinks except for water, but you can bring your own (there's a mini market adjacent to the place where you can buy the drinks from). We took the tasting option, which at the beginning includes 4 tastings: Picanha/Pork Scotch, Asado, hanger steak and sinta. Then you have the option to extend with 2 more precious tastings: sirloin (שייטל) and filet mignon with foie gras. Why 4/5 for the food: I felt that some of the meat were not smoked enough, and didn't have that tasty kick of a smoked meat. In addition, a lot of the pieces, disappointedly, came closer to Well Done than any othet donness.

We were 6 guys, took the tastings menu which we were very happy with. While the prices are not cheap, unlike other similar places the portions are very generous and the beans side dish is amazing. Also the meat was delicious. Take into consideration that the drinks are BYO except tap water which they serve

Amazing meat and experience! For 190 shekels per person, we were able to try four different types of high-quality, perfectly cooked meats (honestly 5 because the first dish includes two kinds)... And we could have kept going to the 250 option if we hadn't been so stuffed! We loved everything we tasted - especially the chimichurri!

The restaurant is placed on an industrial area, you can't locate this restaurant if you don't know it's there. The design is very basic, service is minimal (bring your own beer ...) But the real plus there is the meat (!!) Tender and tasty/juicy meat, you have a basic 6 meat types package and 8 meat types package, we took the 8 and it was great, price: 250 ILS.

One of my favorite meat places ever.. As casual as it gets, but the food is amazing. I've been there like 5-6 times over the years and they never failed to give me an amazing experience. Keep up the good work, Alabama! ❤️

Let me start by saying that this is the best place I have ever eaten in Israel! the place had great music the design was just right and the food was AWESOME we took the "tasting dish" of 6 different kinds of meet and after we took two more just since we loved it, Please note that you need to bring your own drinks and you should call to reserve a table

We had a gathering here of 9 people. The service & the atmosphere was amazing. Food was great and we stuffed our face in meet for about 3 hours. Something to take into consideration when visiting - Alabama does not have any drinks (nothing) on it's menu so you should bring it with you ( or buy in the kiosk right next to it). I would recommend bringing good wine as it will make your stay unforgettable.

Simply extraordinary. The best food experience I have ever had in Israel, the tastiest meat I have ever eaten. Highly recommend ordering the 170 NIS food course, which includes every bit of good meat there is. The restaurant is small and a place must be ordered ahead, usually there is a wait of several weeks for a table in the evening.

The food is amazing, just meat and 2 salads. You can bring whatever you want to drink: wine, softdrinks, alcohol.. At the end you get small dessert on the house and tea/coffee

It's not often that one gets such a great dining experience in Israel as I did in Alabama The meat was cooked to perfection in an authentic fire oven. The delicious food, coupled with a warm-hearted host, made for a very pleasurable night.
