My wife, who is Chinese, having eaten here the other day said "next time, remind me not to eat Asian food in Israel." So, if you like the Israel version of Asian cooking you will enjoy the food. If you want a taste of Asian cuisine then try somewhere else.

I orderd rice noodles with beaf dish from thai cusine. Got leftover goods. Will never count on a take away there for sure

I love to order to this place but for the first time ever I had a problem when I tried to place my order from the guy named “rome” and he actually didn’t want to place it saying that I have to pay by card only and I always pay cash. I never never had any problems before ! They should consider to find someone else because they gonna lose some customers because of this guy seriously!!

Service has improved since the last time I've been there, the food came out pretty fast and it was pretty delicious, the noodles and the soup were great, though haven't tried the sushi. Staff are nice and friendly

All ready on time for us to pick up. The party platter was of a really nice standard. The crispy sweet potato & crispy fish that we ordered as starters weren't exactly crispy by the time we got them home! Probably not the best option for take away.

We were first in the restaurant and the food took over 45 mins to came. After the food didn't came we asked the waiter and she said she will check it but did nothing. Only after we talked to another waiter did they notice

This place was very very nice! The food was great with many vegan options.. this place specifically, compared to other branches of Japanika had really nice design and vibe, would recommend going there If you are in Natanya and like Asian food!

If someone there thinks this is a proper way to deliver food they should try again. We ordered a big party tray delivery and got a tray that looks like it went through a car wreck. This is no way to serve food, especially a party tray. The service is bad, offering only 80₪ credit for the next purchase for a complete bust of an order worth 440.l, like we would ever order from them again.

We were surprised to see a waitress cleaning a dirty table and floor with a mob, and than set the table without washing hands first. Not the kind of hygiene standards we would expect.

Although we have ordered a table we had to wait about 20 minutes as they staff accidentally gave our table to someone else. That continued with a delay of getting our sushi rolls made those who got a wok to finish their meal before we received the rolls. When the rolls arrived, the Avocado was uneatable.

Rich menu (many options) - different stir fry dishes (meat, chicken, tofu with many variations) and Sushi. The fried dishes are not as oily as some other restaurants. We liked the food.

They have nice business lunch deals, varied options for everyone. But they stopped accepting 10bis so we don't go there very often.

Oct 2021 update: My original 5 star review has been suspended until further notice, and is now a 2 star review until you fix this. We ordered a very large takeaway and got the worst sushi we've ever eaten. You gave us a sushi with non peeled lemon slices, what's your excuse? Usually, those come peeled and make a great addition. The salmon skin was inedible, teeth busting trash. They were not generous with the fish. Nothing was special, there was maybe one sushi I would consider good out of the 10 kinds we've ordered. 10 variations of sushi, all looked the same. The Makao noodles was dry as a bone, too spicy, and felt like I was eating spicy, green colored cardboard. I'm gonna give you guys a very looong break.

I was about to give them two stars because my brother ordered ahead of time but when we came to pick up they claimed they do not have such order. The reason for the third star is that they tried really hard to prepare the dish and get it ready for us in 10 minutes' time. Another reaso for that extra star was that my brother said the dish was tasty. So maybe they are good and this was just an unfortunate incident...
