I don't like this place, because employers don't want to understand, that I can't speak and think in Hebrew so fast, as they do. I asked three times to talk slower, than they do, but in the end I heard: "what's the problem with your Hebrew?!".. guys, my Hebrew is not my mother-tongue language, sometimes need to think about other people...

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever seen, very dirty and they don't add portions all the time, close this McDonald's unsanitary 🤢🤢😬

Staff not interested in their customers and rude. My friend was visiting from Canada and spoke English. She was brushed off and ignored. Place is not clean. Toilets dirty and no toilet paper. Meal was fine but the rest off-putting 😌

Ordered double cappuccino (via machine) does not taste like double . When order stutus changed to ready it actually was not ready. Weird service for Macdonalds

Service was *really good* especially the manager when he changed the order after it wasn't tasty. The food though was below average. The meals aren't cheap and were poorly flavoured. I'd go and spend in a different place next time.

Disgusting filthy restaurant. Shocking dirt everywhere. Toilets were filthy. Threw my food in the bin. Floors were so dirty, they were sticky. Shame on the owner and staff.

Awful. Tables are dirty, food is dry. But the worst thing is – they ALWAYS forget to put something or just put the things you didn’t order. Ice cream is good though.

Eating in McDonalds for years and never had a bad experience. Ordering a Big Mac as I do most of the time. But changing the location can be a good idea due to bus station being very crowded most of the time.

You have to wait a long time (~20 min) to get your order

They said they would provide food to the tables and charged me 5₪ more for sitting in the restaurant and not receiving any service. very disappointed. bad service and rude workers

Every visit there is some problem. Either they forget about the order or don't bring it out or the food is cold. Also always dirty.

Food is alright, but the stuff is ignoring customers. Also very slow. :( And I can swear I saw underage workers!!!

Took my grandson for his first "kosher" McDonalds in Rothschild Street. How can a double burger with fries and a drink come to the equivalent of £15 UK. The onscreen menu takes all reality out of ordering and one just keeps adding little extras. MAD MONEY!! The regular fish burger was very ordinary as was the chicken fillet. Our bill for 3 people came to 150 nis and while he enjoyed his first taste of a McDonalds offers no value. Just go elsewhere.

Dry hamburger almost uneatable... Very disappointed ☹️ and expensive, money wasted ...
