Really delicious and great customer service when dining in. but completely unreliable when it comes to deliveries. I don't know why I try anymore to order delivery from them, because after the first couple of times which was great, every burger has arrived burnt and dry as hell. and I do genuinely mean burnt despite ordering medium well. I really hope they improve the delivery. Even when specifically asking for them to not burn the burger when ordering it will still arrive completely burnt on at least one side.

This location was formerly occupied by the departed "Black Burger". OK décor. Friendly service that greets you with a smile and escorts you to your table with evident grace. Well-balanced menu has lots of trendy options and supplements. After a short wait for the food to arrive, I was served a quite average hambuger to be honest. After all, this could be just a fancy-shmancy and slightly pimped-up version of the BBB (Burgus Burger Bar) restaurant chain if you ask me; same boring generic french fries, same bland, dense and dry bun, same indifferent meat patty as well. Sadly, the death blow took the form of a couple of nasty-tasting slices of sweet and sour pickle, finishing to ruin any remaining potential for enjoyment. No savour, no pleasure whatsoever. Check: 1X classic medium size 200gr. hamburger with no toppings, 1X ginger ale (200ml or 6.8 fl oz), 1X french fries with melted cheese + 15% tip/service/gratuity = 105 ILS. FAIL.

The new Moses in Y center Poleg is great. Clean, friendly, good food, reasonable prices, nice vibe. Although they were packed, we were greeted immediately and offered a seat at the bar (our waiter was also named Bar and he was lovely!) He recommended London Market (yum) and my date ordered the Caribbean (be careful of the fresh red hot chili peppers). Very nice meal in every way-- thanks to the management. That's where it all starts.

My girlfriend and I spontaneously decided to take a shot at this restaurant and to our surprise, it was a pleasant breath of fresh air. The atmosphere had somewhat resembled an oldfashioned vintage type of café like you see in those Hollywood movies. A true American scene. The food was delicious with generous portions, all while maintaining a 'picturesque' image. Now, the hamburger menu was quite consistent with a decent variety of dishes to pick from, including attractive pricing for a great value. And lastly, the service. It was somewhat 'okay', but luckily for us, the branch manager and the hostess were there to save the day. A truly amazing duo.

It is like a fast food restaurant but not so fast. The food is ok, nothing more nothing less. The service is basic, new waiters every go there. The burger is good but that's it...

As usual with Moses, the food was good :) Not gourmet, but a really nice burger. It's nice to see that even though the chain has grown significantly, you still get the same (good) burger, cooked to your preference. They also took the chance to give a VERY generous compensation to the table for a delivery-gone-bad that my sister had with them.

By far the best Moses to go to at night, never busy and service is fantastic. On the other hand, stay away from Rothchild Moses in TLV as the service there is a disaster
