Slow unfriendly service. Waited over half an hour for a glass of water and an hour for the food... and this is at a time the place was empty! Three tables apart from us. Never again!!!! Cracked plates....

Service was terrible! Took them 30 minutes to serve the coffee, not hot anymore. Another 1 hour to serve the food which is just a simple breakfast omelet. Waiters are trying to avoid you every time we're calling them. Under staffed. Other customers were complaining as well when we're there. 👎👎👎

Place has had a little bit of a facelift, but could really use some love from the owners. Tal our waiter was a gift. He made sure everything was up to the highest level that the kitchen could put out. Odd thing though the beach was full to zero room but they were close to empty. With the view and location if expect them to be full but no .. you could sit anywhere you wanted. I didn't want to return here because of past experiences but my grandson love the fuchsia bread. So I went..

We had a breakfast at Cafe Cafe. We were surprised that they didn't honor what was listed on their menu. Were trying to prove that what is says is wrong. On top of that, for some reason I got only part of the Israeli breakfast, and not all the items arrived. I realized it only when we already leaving and the waitress said it was on purpose!! You actually don't get all the items that are listed unless you ask for it specifically one by one, and that it's the customers responsibility to read all the meal details and ask for it. Seriously???? One of the worst restaurants experiences we ever had!! Would never recommend it to anyone!

Very yummy artichoke pizza. Located right on the beach Good food....but pretty conventional menu...pizza, past, salads sandwiches etc.mostly outdoor seating....gets hot and bright in summer. Get a tan while you eat and drink. Staff friendly helpful well informed....but at busy time the staff are badly overworked leading to delays. No fault of the staff....the management really should employ more people, especially at lunchtime

The food is pretty average for Israel, but the location and ambience is absolutely out of this world!

Very very disappointed on my first holiday dinner out. I don’t usually write reviews but this I had to. Stir fry was cold and greasy, and my partner up all night with food poisoning from the salmon salad. One napkin for two to share, food for two arrived separately, Very disappointed with both the food and the service. Never Again

Service was ok, pricey food was fine. Disappointed to learn that none of their fish comes fresh from the sea. Lots of roaches live under the wooden terrace everyone is sitting on. The best part of the restaurant is the view/ambiance of the sea...

Nice place with fair prices. The service may not be the quickest but fine, menus in different language (typically for Israel). Tasty food 🥘, big portions with side salad. !! As the cafe work all day long, be ready that in the evening the seats might be wet, as people come there right from the beach for lunch, not changing wetsuits;)

We like the Cafe Cafe franchise and have been to many of their restaurants in Israel. We went to this Cafe Cafe on the beach at Netanya and it was the same nice food, setting and good table service. However, when it came to payment, for the first time in 4 years, the manager would not accept our Nofshonit gift card. He eventually acceptex it as I insisted but it spoiled a good evening out.. So if you ever receive a Nofshonit gift card, don't go to Cafe Cafe in Netanyha as they want cash only. Or, even better, show the manager this review and insist that they honour the Cafe Cafe franchise agreement with Nofshonit and pay with your gift card!

Ideal location beside the beach, good menu and ambience plus friendly staff. Worth visiting.

An Unforgettable Experience for All the Wrong Reasons My experience at "Café Café" in Netanya can be summed up in one word - appalling. I'm not usually one to rant, but this visit was nothing short of a nightmare and I felt compelled to share. Upon arrival, I chose a seat only to discover an unwelcome surprise - a gooey, unidentifiable substance staining the chair. My initial assumption was that it was a remnant of chocolate or coffee from a previous customer, and it tarnished my pants significantly. I alerted a waiter to this unfortunate incident, expecting some sort of assistance or at least a modicum of sympathy. To my dismay, the waiter casually shrugged it off with a rather disrespectful "it's not my fault". No effort was made to assist me, nor was any sort of apology proffered. I was left to fend for myself, searching for napkins to remedy the situation as best as I could. This gross negligence could perhaps be overlooked if the service throughout my visit had been commendable. However, this same waiter was consistently ill-tempered and unhelpful during my entire stay. It was clear that he was not interested in providing any form of quality service. And to top it all off, as if to add insult to injury, he had the audacity to request a tip for his "service" at the end of the meal. As a tourist visiting Netanya, I was left stunned by this blatant lack of professionalism and basic customer service etiquette. Overall, my experience at "Café Café" was woefully underwhelming. I ended up paying for not just the coffee, but a dreadful memory that will linger far longer. Never in my life have I been subjected to such ill-treatment. I strongly advise future visitors to consider other options for their coffee cravings in Netanya.
