New hotel, top customer service. I loved design of the bathroom with square surfaces of the sink, toilet, comfy shower. Will definitely come back on my next trip to Israel.

The hotel is quite new, in a nice area at the north of the city center, the beach is beautiful there and is the beautiful view of the hotel rooms, if you are looking for a good option within 10 minutes of walking from the town square and want to enjoy the beautiful netanya beach this hotel is for you

We were fortunate to get a last-minute reservation with a seaside view just in time for sunset! Parking is included and the breakfast was wonderful. Highly recommend this little gem.

Hotel with a sea view but most rooms are on the sides of the building and do not have that sea view. The ones that do are even more expensive than the regular rooms. These regular rooms are extremely small with just enough space around the bed to access the side of the bed. Carpet floors, high humidity and consequently a damp smell upon entering the room. Several hours of AC will better that... unless the maid switches it off, of course. The hotel is a stone's throw away from the beach if you look at it on the map, but if you'd like to walk to the beach, you'll have to walk half a mile down the street to get to the elevator that will take you down to the beach (the town is sitting on a rock). The (Russian) personnel isn't unfriendly, but they aren't friendly, either. At this high a price point, I'd rather stay elsewhere.

Tree stars only . It is an good hotel for business people. Only tree strars because they have to refund the price of the breakfast that I didn't eat. They was advised of it, but after a week no money refund. It is quite strange that they cannot do it, Mastercarcard works 24 to 24, 7 days a week . Anyway I suggest this hotel for business and good position for vacations....I hope the money trouble will be solved this days.

Beautiful entrance ,Very spacious room with all amenities, was bit disappointed with fridge only having one level of coldness and it was low, the shower was nice but needed newer pipes and handles, the service was good, we asked for another sheet and this guy came, was very polite but stank of smoke... food was ok, location is great (not on the sand but needs a 5 minutes walk and then stairs)

Worst customer service! To be very honest, I never set a foot in the hotel and by now also do not intend to ever do. After initial confirmation that a check-in was possible between 16:00 and 17:00 after the booking the hotel informed me on the day of arrival, that check-in would only be possible at 21:45. My request to please cancel the booking under these circumstances was denied, I will have to pay the full price for the night. Most expansive cancelation ever, but out if principle I will not set foot in this place.

At check in I discovered that restaurant is closed and they do not even serve a breakfast coz there are no clients. I came back from work at 5.30pm and room was not cleaned, asking why they replied to me that maid was in late coz too many rooms to clean... Maid tried to enter my room for clean at 6.30pm even if I said I didn't want to be disturb! TERRIBILE SERVICE, NEVER AGAIN IN THIS HOTEL!!!!

I don’t normally review but this hotel was something else. The sauna which was the only reason why we book wasn’t working I reached out to the hotel and no response. They don’t respect the do not disturb sign they actually came into the room while we were sleeping. I would not recommend this hotel!

Not at all as nice as the pictures. Old, cheap lobby, hallways, elevators, rooms. Very disappointed.

Arrived before lunch. Parked in the car park and went for lunch. Came back at 3:30 to check in. As it turned out the room that we were told before lunch would be ready for check in at 3:00pm was no longer available. The manager said that since there is a large group in the hotel there were no other rooms available. Amazing how a room can disappear in a couple of hours. Really not a very nice hotel. Staff are rude and refused to help up find accomodations elsewhere.

very bad service, staff without masks, poor and expensive dishes with slow service. Highly unrecommended. Staff was very rude with my wife. No free parking. Dirty rooms

Friendly staff. Cleaning every day. Great breakfast (but each day the same). Close to ocean (3 min by walk). Just the key card from the door could work better.

So wonderful! We had the best stay here. Very clean and modern rooms, the entire hotel was wonderfully, tastefully decorated, right across from the most gorgeous beach view. Access to the beach is immediate - once you walk down the long path and stairs. The breakfast was lovely and the staff was very pleasant and amenable. Would totally recommend to others and stay here in the future!

We stayed as a family group in this modern hotel (note that the main sign for the hotel calls it Azimut not Medi Terre) in a quiet residential area over a Shabbat. It was nice to have carpeted corridors and loose carpets in the room. There was children’s play area in the shelter room on the second floor. My room 214 was spacious and opened into a separate small area with desk and chair; however there was some noise from adjacent plant. One oddity was that there was no socket in which to plug in the kettle in the location of the tea and coffee making facility. I was told that the small fridge in the room was a mini bar and may be too warm for food – but it was a proper 10 centigrade fridge although lacking a freezer compartment. There was a supply of hot water in the lobby over Shabbat from a Zomet approved water dispenser. There is no Shool on the premises but there is an Ashkenazi Shool round the back of the hotel. The Friday night meal was done as a very comprehensive buffet but my concern that the meat, although on a hot plate, was only luke warm would likely result in some food poisoning was confirmed. There was a substantial Shabbat breakfast which was served until 11am but no midday meal was available. There is a car park but at present (December 2021) it is closed for renovation.

Late review for a stay last Passover! Great service; spacious, super clean room--we had a balcony room--with fabulous view of the sea. The whole hotel was quiet, with good Passover breakfasts. We stayed over Shabbat and the manager arranged for Friday night dinner to be brought to our room since there were no other guests that had requested dinner. We will definitely be back!
