The worst vacation ever, my flight cancelled, bad customer service, nobody really care about you from the representatives, i hope nobody will book ski deal, worst experience I could ask for.

I'm trying to contact them for 1 week, never answer the phone or WhatApp messages. Do NOT DEAL with them!!

Never again booking my trip with SkiDeal. How can some one travel with a travel agency that takes advantage of its customers to cut their losses? We booked a trip with SkiDeal, the ski resort got closed - yet THEY REFUSE TO GIVE US A REFUND!!! how is this possible? Not only that, it was impossible to reach customer service, and even when I got through, the poor agent doesn't know what to say because they decided to keep the money for themselves. Shame on them. There are better, cheaper & more reliable alternatives to fly with. Never again

I'm never booking a vacation through skideal ever again. Definitely the worst company.

We ordered a deal for 2 people with a group of friends - 1,500 Euros EACH! The deal was cancelled, yet they insisted that busines is as usual and refuse to give the money back (or atleast a fair portion of it) to the customers. Shameful behaviour. Will never order from them again

They don't answer in the phone

My partner and I went to the ski deal week vacation of Ski Deal in Sala Ronda. Everything was wonderfully organized, orderly, understandable, our needs were met. I would like to mention the attendant Tal who helped us with everything we needed on the site, including some malfunction at the equipment rental store and immediately took care of everything. The parties were wow and the performances in the evening were intimate and we felt that everything was just for us. We have really enjoyed! Keep up the wonderful work, you deserve it! :)

I am after 2 vacations with Skideal. The first vacation was amazing and everything worked like a Swiss watch. On the second vacation, I left disappointed and complained to the company about the treatment I received. No less than the company's customer service manager contacted me and we had a conversation of over 40 minutes about all my complaints whether legitimate or not. The attitude of the customer service manager was exceptional and showed real concern for the customer who had a bad experience and not precisely because of things that were under the control of Skideal. The positive experience I had showed me an example of how a serious company behaves when its customers are important to it. What is missing in competing companies. In the end, every company may make mistakes, but the important thing is to learn and listen to the customer.

I flew last February to Val Torrance, we had a problem with the luggage and Noam the lovely attendant helped us with everything we needed and I didn't have to bother with it at all In general, they always answered our questions and were really helpful Many thanks to Noam! See you next season

Worst customer service ever.

I have been flying for ski vacations for many years, this year for the first time I flew through the company to Paso Tonla and I must say that the reality exceeded all expectations! From the moment the vacation ended, they were in constant contact with me and answered every question and request with courtesy. From the moment we landed they took care of everything including everything and the attendant Liran was available and helped us with any possible problem and request In short, it was a perfect vacation and they made me want to close through them always

My family and I flew out with skideal a couple years back to Val theorems We had an amazing experience, the hotel suited all our needs and the skideal representative was always helpful and available for our every need Highly recommended, will definitely use their services again

Bad customer service. Flight was delayed by nearly 8 hours, there was no one to talk to. Tried contacting and sending messages after the vacation. No one returned to me. Never booking again

We were with Skidil in a package to Ischgl in Austria. We flew to Innsbruck, which is a little more than an hour's drive from Ischgl. I would like to give a special mention to Yanai the King, who arranged for us to receive the equipment from the store already at noon. We bought a half-day skips and gained another day of surfing on the way. Yanai also recommended us restaurants on the spot (ribs in Kitzloch not to be missed by carnivores). In general, everything ticked over and even exceeded expectations.

We went with the whole family (my husband, myself and a 6.5 year old boy and the grandmother and grandfather of course 😚) last winter for a family ski vacation at the Passo Tonella site in Italy. We slept in a hotel right on the tracks, the rooms were simple and clean, the food was good and the surfing lessons were exactly what we needed to surf, we the parents while the little one was in the lessons (in Hebrew!). In short, comfortable, suitable and recommended!!

Last winter I booked a vacation with Ski Deal and they knew how to explain all the sites to me. We landed in Innsbruck and the guys were already waiting for us in the field. On the bus we had a representative named Gili who accompanied us to the town at the stunning site of Sala Ronda and all week she did not stop taking care of us. I have no doubt that I will continue to book my ski vacations through them!
