Last weekend we booked a room for 5 people for 1 Friday night with Friday night dinner and breakfast. I have lived in Netanya for 20 years of my life and saw this building go up , dreamed to enjoy it's services. Now I live in NY for the past 17 years and brought my family to enjoy the facility. The hotel has the best view, the Friday dinner was beautiful and yummy! But, Just when I walked in to the lobby the workers at the reception were fighting with each other. When I got to the room there was rust in the shower, the shower head was broken and the door of the other shower room didn't close correctly so all the water were sliding out, one leg of the bed broke just from sitting on it, my mom (75 years old!) Cought her two fingers between two of the sliding closet door just beacuase it wasnt oiled well, and the pool on Saturday was spoused to open at 10am but because of the life guard was late we had to wait for a replacement to come which take more than half an hour delay! I came in the hotel hopeful and cheery and came out sooo disappointed! Left my info twice with 2 different ppl and I've never gotten back to till today (4 days later).

The best thing about this hotel is the size of the rooms. The rooms are large and spacious. However, they are not clean enough. We needed to clean the toilets. The worst part of this hotel is the dining room. It is a total mess. Not clean at all, bad service and not under control by the staff. My first bad review ever.

This hotel was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at, and I travel a lot. I know that Israel has lower standards in general (I live in Israel) but even for Israel, this hotel is ridiculous. It’s comparable to just barely a 3 star hotel, honestly maybe even 2 stars. The only nice thing about the rooms is the amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea. Besides that, the rooms are dirty, broken and have mold. The towels smell disgusting. The bed was so nasty, I didn’t feel comfortable even laying on it. The mattress and pillows and seriously gross. The sheets aren’t even on the mattress in a manner that properly covers the mattress. The spa is as also disgusting, and the massage was not up to par. The bathroom in the spa is so gross, and the masseuse literally didn’t even ask my any questions prior to the massage - which is very standard anywhere in the world (I get massages all the time at various hotels all around the world, including in Israel). The price is so not worth it, I think the hotel should be shut down. OH HOW CAN I FORGET: The lights on the balcony weren’t working, they wouldn’t turn on. They sent someone up to fix it, and the guy just OPENED THE DOOR AND WALKED INTO OUR ROOM while we were sitting in the room. I almost called the police. He fixed the light, left a huge mess out on the balcony, and then said the lights aren’t able to be turned off because the switch isn’t working properly. Seriously the worst experience I have ever had, such a waste of my money.

We arrived to the spa, there was no atmosphere, lots of mess. The robes had holes in them and the service was truly bad. I recommend that you go somewhere else!

We were very surprised by how nice the hotel is. We never considered Netanya as a touristic city but now we reality see it's value. The hotel sits on a beautiful cliff over the beach and has an elevator going down from it to the beach. The hotel itself is beautiful and new. The rooms are nice and the view is incredible. The pool is located at the back of the hotel overlooking the sea and has a snack bar next to it. At the lower level, under the hotel there are several shops and restaurants and a long boardwalk.

The worst service in all of Israel Really We paid for the wedding night package which we have told is included with a late check out Only after we checked in we found out the late check out is 1 hour extra When we explained that is not what we expected and nobody said to us that the late check out is at 12:00 they just did not do anything to assist They were extremely rude Just the worst kind of service

Oh my god where do I start?! 5* doesn't mean clean. Old Hotel that must have been good back in the day and today its in decline. Dirty walls, the suite has a kitchenette with no dishes. The reception explained that these were apartments and that now that it's a hotel and they can't give dishes because god forbid we brought ham etc. So basically it's all for fake reasons. They preferred not to renovate and remove the kitchen but advertise as if it's a part of what they offer. Lights outside in the balcony turn off at midnight. Even with curtains it will get in. Breakfast hall looks yucky. Had a giant egg shell come out of the omelette. I gave it to kitchen staff and they didn't even apologise. Coffee cups? No its paper cups and single sachets of coffee powder. More like a hostel. Forgot a black bag of my clothes. Came back not to find it. And the hotel didn't return my calls which is why I had to go all the way back. So bad communication too. Anyway. Enjoy the pictures I took and save your money.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been at. Poorest service. Rude and unfriendly staff. 100% not COVID safe hotel. Almost no one in the staff wore mask on his mouth and nose. Rooms are poorly maintained, broker walls and doors. Bathroom looks horrible. 5-10 mins wait to the elevator each time. And no one to talk to. Will never be back there that’s for sure…

This place is terrible! The worst experience we've ever had in hotel. Price is very high and the value is a shame. Room wasn't clean, sofa in the salon had cigarettes holes, furniture was terrible. Kitchen was not equipped at all, everything you ask cost you more charges. Do your self a favor and go to another place!

I stayed in 3 different hotels in Israel. Although the hotel interior is outdated, This hotel has the best food and view. Everything in breakfast and dinner buffet are delicious. The view from our room is breathtaking. Our room and bathroom are spacious and clean.

We had a wedding in Hadera and our niece found this hotel. We loved the room, the breakfast and the pool. The views are breathtaking! I had a question about the price and asked to speak to Bar, the reservation person. The check-in person handed me the phone and I started to speak to Bar to explain. A woman who was not Bar started to yell at me rudely that she was NOT Bar and how dare I call her that. I simply told her that I do not speak to people who yell at me and handed the phone back to the clerk. Apparently Bar heard about this and charged us the original price she had given me, in the morning. It was a very distressing introduction the hotel. Had we not been in a rush to get to the wedding, we might have left. Customer service is sooo important and everyone else was nice there.

Unfortunately for us, we were on our way to Jerusalem and only able to stay one night. Sure wish it would have been longer.

Enjoyed and loved every moment of staying here. It's a beautiful place with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean sea. Top class hospitality, friendly staff. I recommend it as an amazing choice of stay in the picturesque city of Netanya. And yes I love Israel....!

My wife and I traveled to Israel with a group, and stayed there one night on our tour in Room 701. The views were amazing, but I would not call this a luxury hotel. It was nice, but not luxury. The rooms were modern and the beds were comfortable. We opened the sliding door to the bedroom and slept with the sea breeze coming in. We enjoyed that, because I did not see any thermostat in the room. We enjoyed the suite we were in, which had two rooms, each with a Queen bed. Again, the suite was very nice, but luxury is an overstatement. Worth the money, though. Breakfast was great, but only real complaint was that getting an elevator was next to impossible. We waited in the morning for 30 min either waiting for the elevator itself or one that wasn't packed full of people.

Beautiful Views, Some Areas for Improvement. I recently stayed at Island and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious and boasted stunning views. However, there were a few areas that could be enhanced to elevate the guest experience. The hotel seemed to be slightly understaffed, which occasionally resulted in delays in service. I believe that increasing the staffing levels would greatly improve the efficiency and responsiveness of the hotel staff. While the variety of food options was great, I felt that the quality could be upgraded. Although there were many choices available, enhancing the overall taste and presentation would make a significant difference in the dining experience. One notable drawback was the distance to the beach, which required a 20-minute walk. It would be more convenient if the hotel provided shuttle services or closer access to the beach for guests. Another issue I encountered was the lack of enforcement when it came to certain behaviors. Some Israeli guests, exhibited inconsiderate behavior such as blocking cars and smoking in public areas without consequences. It would be beneficial for the hotel management to enforce rules and ensure a more pleasant environment for all guests. Despite these areas for improvement, I must highlight the breathtaking views from the rooms, which added a touch of serenity to the overall experience. With some enhancements, Island has the potential to become an even more exceptional destination.

2nd time in Israel, 1st time here as a group tour. Just not a place that I'd choose to stay again. Entire hotel areas are very grungy and long-time-uncleaned. Rooms are not just dated, but poorly laid out..furniture all has low and very sharp corners for unsuspecting legs. Our luggage pieces were tagged with our room numbers and were to be portered to our rooms while we all went to dinner. Upon returning to our rooms we found no luggage. We had to take very slow elevators back to the lobby and there sat the groups luggage...all with our room number-tags issued by the hotel desk to show where our luggage should be delivered. Someone missed that message. We all had to then get our own luggage up the very small,, slow and few elevators.. Rooms do overlook med-sea and have individual balconies but as ours was a one night stay we were unable to use them. THOSE important to all of us this 1st night after a very long flight and trip from the airport was efficiency with our luggage and rooms. Food was ok but displayed in an unappealing area..only water was offered for drinks. I wouldn't return.

Awful service and customer care. My fiancé has inquired a room for our wedding day there and was shouted by the staff that we should add $500 USD more for services we didn’t want and needed (including cake, fruits and other). The way of talking to her was so disrespectful, I am feeling shamed that staff like that is even exist in hotel nowadays.

I was in Israel for 10 days and this was my favorite place to stay. I had everything I needed in my rooms and more. The view from the balcony facing the Mediterranean Sea was spectacular. I would DEFINITELY stay here again

Rooms are great Staff at the reception are wonderful. But when booking 4 rooms , I booked 2 cribs. When we arrived there were no cribs. We asked 2 more times till they were brought up. At 10 pm we found out that 1 crib isn't good. It took 2 trips to the lobby and 45 min to fix.

Hotel security staff assaults your 3 year old nephew while you try to pay 400 shekel a night to add him to the room so he can come see his cousin for an hour at the pool. Staff then refuses to allow you to speak to the manager. Fvk these animals! Their pig stye. Enjoy the zoo. :) Not family friendly, no class, good luck. It ain’t better at Vert Lagoon either. You’ll die of dysentery there if you eat the food. Might be a good get away spot for adults. Wouldn’t recommend it if you have family that you plan to see in Israel.

Nice suites hotel on the beach of Natania. The suites are large and has a nice clean modern design. We had a South West suite at 26th floor with a stunning sea view. There's also a big porch with garden table and two beach beds where you can lay down and relax in front of the view. The hotel's restaurant offer wide variety of fresh food and coffee. The hotel is a 29 floor tower, but has only 3 elevators and not the fast kind... This results in a very long waiting time and often when the elevator arrives it opens to show it's already full.. The elevators lobby is not air conditioned and that makes the wait even worse. CoronaVirus rules are not top priority for the hotel stuff and so they don't enforce it at all. The guests and the stuff are often found without masks even in crowded tight places with no one to say anything.
