Great food great service. Clean tables and friendly staff. Food comes as ordered rare is rare med rare just right.. I had the dirty combo and loved it.. good beer selection on hand. Kosher so no problem with your picky relatives or friends and yes they have something even for the odd vegan. If you like Moses then you're going to love this place and forget Moses ever existed. Best burgers in the whole ME and their other meat offerings can't be beat. I've been to 2 of their restaurants but this location gives you something the other couldn't. I ordered the Asian salad with mushrooms. I was brought a salad with chicken. When I told the waitress that I had asked for mushrooms she apologized and brought me a the same chicken salad with the mushrooms added. Only issue? They still were trying to give a vegetarian a chicken salad. I pointed this out and eventually got it with just mushrooms. But... They didn't bring me the bread that it was supposed to come with. I had to ask three more times over a ten minute span before I was given the bread. Coming here was a mistake. Update regarding your response: Do you have a facebook/whatsapp/telegram number I can contact you with? Update a month and a half after the last one: I did want to get in touch. They never responded.

We were sitting for almost 10 minutes inside of this "bar". No clients. All employees were decorating tables before Independence Day and nobody paid attention to a pair with a small kid. Nobody asked us if we want something and even didn't provide the menu. 5* Israel service as is.

One of the best choices in town, be it for the location or the food. Especially the food is an issue here (in Netanya) if you want something other than pizza or raw fish. Not so here at Ruben! Lots of dishes with beef are to be had here, and they don't just put them on the menu because they're different: this is a chain, and someone has given the menu some serious thought, come up with recipes, methods, seasonings, etc. The result is fantastic given the rather low local standard, but even on an international level, it's nothing to be ashamed of, quite on the contrary. The sandwiches are generous portions of well seasoned meats along with the necessary vegetables to give them a beautiful look and some crunchiness. Great burger, but the little breads with the brisket were my favorite. Pulled, with garlic confit... Hmmm!

We arrived at the restuarant at 1245.we were four people. Asked for a menu and a jug of water. Twenty minutes later two glasses arrived for four people and a jug of water. We wanted to order andcwere told to wait. An hour later still no order taken and no glasses of water and we walked out. This is the worst service ever.

I was with my son's and happy to be there. But quickly, my mood changed when the waitress bring the tablet to select the menu, and when I asked the beverage...she was no polite at all! Then, I ordered a Ruben burger. Almost I broke a teeth with a piece of bons! Called the waitress to complaint....no reaction still "Doesn't care and closed the check. She brings the bill and throw literally on the table.. Fortunately, the manager came and apologize, took the bill and take out the amount of the burger. Please respect your customer, and service have a cost is priceless and can bring you more customer or can be also a bad advertisement.

What at waste of opportunity to deliver the minimum quality of service. We ordered just 2 burgers and took +45 min !!!! And no excuse or explanation. Waiters and waitresses totally lost. Great venue, terrible service. What a shame. They need to understand how hard is to conquer new customer and how easy is to lose them.

I love the chain but this location is just awful. Very slow and bad service. Some of the dishes were practically inedible. Even had to wait to pay and get out. And the music was terrible.

The food is cold, I think it was more than 45 minutes... all of it was cold. They promised to heat it up and probably forgot about it again bc they brought it in another I think 10-15 min or so, cold again. They forgot even to bring the water, they didn't clean the table at any time, the dishes and napkins were piling up. The music is loud and broken and we listened to the noises of a broken cable... The only Ruben in Israel which is a huge disappointment. The others are ok. The manager said that they are excellent, I was wrong, and that we're the only unhappy customers, literally that the problem is us... As I see in the reviews, we're far from the only ones. Ruben, what the heck is happening to this branch? Don't you have any standards? Is the manager your personal friend?

Do not order take away from this restaurant, after 30 minutes overtime I was told to wait for another 10 minutes. There overall time is more then an hour. Still waiting

Ordered by recommendation of a friend from Haifa - huge mistake. Hard to tell what is worse, the food or the service. Resisting to refund missing items and missed delivery. Half the food that did arrive went straight in the trash because of how soggy it was by the time we got it. Spend your money somewhere else. This place is simply not worth it.

1. Waiters put boiling water for tea close to the child. 2. Ruben’s branded burger is a grilled patty, two dry buns and some vegetables. 3. Creme Pecan dessert without a crispy crust. 4. They don’t accept Apple Pay.

We had takeaway from Ruben, was very good. The 2 layer burger was great and we also had steak and eggs sandwich which is also good. The chips were very soggy and we had to put it in the oven. Overall, very good dinner.

Great experience! We are a difficult to please family (putting it mildly) with various allergies and food preferences. The staff was accommodating to all our needs, and were super nice and attentive. The food was excellent, everyone loved it!!

Really fantastic. The short ribs are teriffic but my father liked the prime rib better. The location is great. Good views of the sea and good parking nearby. Many good beers on tap. Reasonable prices. Highly reccomended. Can't wait to go back

Tried to order delivery, and found out very little is available to be delivered and you have to dine in house for most dishes. Heard great things about this place but going out wasn’t an option.
