I have just celebrated my 80th Birthday at Utopia Park by arranging for a group of 57 to have a guided tour of the park proceeded by a small reception and followed by a meal in their reception hall. I had the Doctor Jazz Dixieland Jazz band providing the entertainment. The event was very successful with particular enjoyment of the tame parrots that we were allowed to play with in the reception area. Although one would have expected a guided tour of the gardens to be led by someone who would explain something about what we were seeing the guide simply led us round. The management say in future that they will consider making the tour guided by someone who will actually speak and anyone booking an event like this in future needs to pursue this. The food for the meal was Mahedrin Kosher and nicely done. I can certainly recommend this as an event venue. I enclose a photo of the outside reception area adjacent to the event hall.
