Natanya beach is nice and comfortable placed come to natanya it is good for vacation

I must share a very positive experience that I had today. A few days ago I bought garden fruniture for display. When we got home, we noticed that one of the seats was defective. I returned to the store, expecting a fight to get the item replaced/refunded (Israeli costumer service can be challenging at times), but instead, Yaron, the store manager, quickly resolved the issue for me. I was so pleasantly surprised. Thank you, Yaron.

Shop full of things you need. Great salesmen! Knowledge and helpful. The lovely cashier gave me permission to join the Ace club with no problems. Good sales. Plenty of parking. Safe environment. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Came to buy a carpet. Only one cashier open and more than 12 person waiting in ligne to pay. And the manager didn't bother to help

General hardware store with a large range of product from spray paint to motor oil, roller blind parts to toilet seats and tools. Great store if you are into DIY.

The service at this branch is much better than the branch in Kfar Sava I must say. There I found the service almost non existent when I came in to buy paint. The English gentleman who works in the electrical department in the Netanya branch was especially very helpful. The light fitting department is well stocked here too.

i wanted to buy a corner sofa,only 2 to try also in bad condition,low back,u sit u almost on the floor sitting,the smiling seller told me there are very nice sofa,couch,i answer plesae sit with me on it,will see if so nice.he smile and show me on tablet big screen all the corner sofas.how u can buy without to try to sit on it,even to order on line first need see how look .the right way to loose cusatumers

Very busy not enough cashiers although on the website it says they have what I’m looking for in the shop there was no item maybe not good time to come on Friday

Ace is renown for not-so-high quality. Yet I like this branch, it's cozy and useful, and you can get quite a bargain here. Today I got a 10% additional discount for my birthday. Nice surprise.

A little bit packed ,it's not big store. I recommend to buy via the Internet that's what I did. The main advantage is the parking lot that is close to the store

Never any response on the phone for questions about stock or about products delivered by their website with the wrong color, etc. I would suggest to double check everything before buying, and avoid online shopping cause their website is really uncomfortable and when you have questions you're just not going to receive service...

Ace have good prices but their site don't work for all their Branch in the last year (for example Netanya is not working for a year now)

This one's a bit tricky. To me, Ace is what a shopping mall is to a woman. You usually waste about an hour or so browsing through the vehicular department, picking up products you might use once, maybe twice a year.

Excellent service and nice happy people. Make you just feel good.
