amazing! my friends and i we live 50 km away from this place and we still eat here at least once a week. the place has big variety of dishes-burgers,hummus,breakfast etc. the place is very iconic and known for its pancakes and has a large variety of them for good prices. the general pricing in this place is very good and so is the service-very good. worth it!

We always enjoy dining here when in the area. The pancakes are very different from those served in the United States. These are slightly sweet and very fluffy. The yellow cheese pancakes are the best. The coffee is also fantastic.

Moderate food, reasonable prices, excellent and quick service. Better stick to the pancakes and simple dishes.

Nice place to stop on, open 24/7. Double breakfast was slim on items for the price (95 nis) and bred was very basic. Service was a bit slow and not so efficient. Pancakes was very tasty.

The food is a low quality with medium price. Pancakes are great but prices are crazy!! 40+ NIS + 9 NIS if you want cream over it and this doesn't include ice cream which is 12 NIS for a one ice cream ball.

Well, this one is though! Seems that not in all cases the place, location and other features have to do with popularity. In this case this policy works! The place is packed!!! When entering, it seems to remain in the original state it was when it was established (just about the 60's I would say), an American diner style in a gas station on the highway with dim lighting, just enough not to see the falling celling and the sticky seats, with remains of maple syrup on them. Saying that, there are two points that made me rate them higher than expected: 1. they know to make crispy nice fat pancakes (7 in my rating) 2. Integrity; we overpaid for the order we made (over 3x more). I called the place and got the owner on line. He knew almost instantly what it was about and refunded me with his personal account Now, I have mentioned before that experience to me is a major factor. it includes so many different aspects. But when a place is run by an owner who has integrity, well, you know that the place will take care of the customer, no matter how it looks to the passing guest or a first timer.

Lots of food options, friendly service and of course, a large selection of great pancakes.

We ate here four years ago after getting married, and have been trying to come back every year to celebrate our anniversary. The place looks awesome, furniture amd design obviously of very high quality (and price...) but it doesn't give out a "fancy" vibe, more like a successful replica of an American diner (one that has quality food). The service is not perfect, but not terrible, definitely good enough (staff is great, professional and kind, it's just that the owners should consider hiring more of them to accommodate the large number of customers usually present). The food is AMAZING. Honestly, in my opinion the greatest mistake that could be made here is thinking that Pancake House hints at "just get the pancakes". Don't get me wrong, the pancakes are excellent with pleanty of variations, but the actual food is just as good! Meat, pizza, pasta, grilled cheese, breakfasts, even some mexican dishes I haven't found anywhere else (chilli con carne!!). Honestly, take my word for it, come exceptionally hungry and get some food before your pancakes. You'll thank me later!

Sorry, it is not as I remember that place. The salad was very "sad"... I didn't like my banana pancakes because of the chocolate top (I added), it was to much chocolate almost like my great pancakes drowned... However the pineapple Gazoz was tasty. We should have Hummus 🤣

Went for a takeaway, The bar tender told us to wait outside for the order. After 25 minutes i went in to ask what is going on and the bar tender says - i called you name but you weren't here 😳 Staff need to work on the service part...

This place is super hyped up in Israel and I pretty sure most of the people in the country know what this place is, but I was super disappointed in the service I got and the food itself. First of all, the waitress was very annoyed by every question I had for them, most of the time the looked away if anyone tried to call them, we didn't get all what we asked for. Very rude and unpleasant experience. The pancake was very dry but tasty, the amount of chocolate was insane, and the quality was no doubt a cheep chocolate. Way too sweet and unproprotionate to the thin pancake. Overall it wasn't a good experience and I Wouldn't go there anymore.
