A super fun idea, just go have Karaoke fun elsewhere - AVOID here! We were a group of 20 professional women (ages 35+) celebrating my birthday. I paid for drinks and food for all, but most shomer kashrut (kosher) and dien't eat. Fine. A friend took some grapes out of her bag to munch on and the woman working there screamed at us like a bunch of little kids. She then proceeded to march around the room checking everyone's bag for food and grabbed a bag of pretzels (from a doctor friend who has allergies, they were gluten free) and marched out with the 'forbidden food'....I was very ashamed and embarassed. A lot of money paid to be spoken down to, yelled at as if we were kids in gan. Drink service was slow (had to keep asking), watereddown cola, just a mess. A fun idea, but next time elsewhere.

Plugin is the best new place to be according to every body So get a group of friends ,family ,co workers What ever just don’t come alone And sing your heart out I haven’t tried it yet

Really liked this place , waiters and employers are kind ,the only problem they have that they don't update there album with all the new songs , so you can't find alot of the new songs , they gave us an aux cable so we can play any karaoke song we want from youtube , but the karaoke video cannot been viewed on the big screen Anyway we all enjoyed .. thanks alot

Place is nice, but service wasn't so. Waiters instead of juice brought low alcohol drink without asking was that ok or not, mixed up beer several times, no one told that draft beer was run out and we were served with bottled beer, food wasn't served the same time.

A karaoke facility all the equipment is professional and the rooms are comfortable the service is good which includes a variety of food and drinks. Children are welcome with their parents. A great place to celebrate on a small scale.

Yes, it's open on Saturday, that's good and all but the equipment failed from time to time which wasn't often. The annoying thing is we were with kids so snacks were brought just for them as they don't eat the garden variety bar food served here. We order hot and cold drinks including beers, snacks for the adults so you think it was OK we brought a few snacks. We reprimanded twice for it even though we continued to order. We cam here to celebrate, not to be schooled.

Its a good solution for a karaoke evening. The price for private room with drinks and snacks is pretty decent.
