This is a relatively small hotel and the northern part of Tel Aviv. The location is excellent. The hotel is right on the beach and there's a nice swimming pool. Since this is an apartment hotel don't expect room service or fancy facilities. There is a small Greek restaurant on the ground floor and some convenience shops near by. For everything else you will need to drive since the location is quite isolated. Overall the suite was fine, not very modern and not very well maintained but it was okay for a few nights.

Used to be good. This is summer they don’t have any place to buy cold drink. Also not a bar in the room. They don’t have towels in the pool. I asked the front desk they said they will send me. I never got. Last time I am hear in this hotel.

The general vibe of the hotel is 'it doesn't work, unless you really need it'.. Broken doors, cards don't work, no blankets, towels, hair dryer, you name it. The rooms are very smelly, one of the most outdated hotels I've seen. But having said that, it has a great pool, not too crowded (last week of August), Breakfast is fine, free parking, staff is trying their best. If you are looking for a place to keep your kids at the pool and don't mind some mold and ugly patches in the rooms, go for it!

we’ve been here a few times pre Covid , came back and it’s pretty bad 1) No Restaurant, no coffee shop , nothing . There used to be great breakfast served , not anymore, they turned it into a “Greek restaurant “ that is not open to the public but is used for private events 2) Vending Machine . One for the entire hotel, empty half the time AND requires an app that requires an Israeli phone number (?!) in a hotel. With tourists … face palm doesn’t come close 3) Parking , used to be free to hotel guest, now paid one, ok not out of standard to other hotel BUT instead of paying a daily rate you need to pay each and every time you come in/out. And you need to remember to get a sticker from the reception , each time to get the “hotel discount “ 4) business lounge , used to be one, fairly basic but at least a quite place to make calls, not anymore gone…. 5) The hotel looks ran down and with need of a refresh Seems the new management is prioritizing cost savings over customer experience The location is perfect and it used to be an ideal place for a long stay visit , not sure it is worth it now

The service is really bad. As other reviews you cannot get a towel on the weekends. This is not a motel you should have it as minimum. Cannot invite any family member to the pool and parking is not included. "New serif in town" how the management describe the change. I do not like the attitude and not coming back.

I had the worse vacate experience at this hotel. The staff was unpatient, the room was not clean at all and the room service served us 2 hours late. The sea nearby was the only nice thing.

Cockroaches everywhere! The only explanation the receptionist told us - "we are sorry" (!!)

Great! The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and there was a 50% reduction for parking when you were a guest. The beach was only round the corner and the room had a sea view. Only thing I would say is that while there was a cooking job and microwave, there were no cooking utensils so not much use to a tourist.

Location is great for business travellers. It has a car park and good access to the highway if travelling to other parts of the country.

Except the location of the hotel, everything else is aweful.

Some things in the room were poorly maintained (like the doors) but it has a great location right by the beach

The staff is nice and every request I made was answered. The isolated location 3min from the beach has it’s advantages. But a lot of the guests were rude and loud, shouting and fighting all day and night. It really puts everything else in shadow.

I’d give it 2.5 stars. The in-room amenities are good with the kitchennette and all but the hotel rooms require better maintenance instead of patches over patches. AC wasn’t working and so was the cable TV in our bedroom. I had higher expectations from this place since it was located in the outskirts of the city. I thought I was going to get more for not staying in a central location. As I stepped into the building I realized I’ve hit a pretentious hotel that’s mediocre all around. I got a final confirmation at breakfast, which in Israeli standard was quite lame. Half the things I tried weren’t edible, too salty or just tasteless. Nothing was freshly made.

Service was not so good. We didn't even get a water bottle at our room. The swimming pool was over crowded while the grass portion was closed. The rooms were nice and big. Nobody bothered to respond to feedback we wrote after our stay with the issues we encountered. I wouldn't go back.

Service was ok as well as the food. Good vibe too bad you can’t see the sea and parking was not easy.

A beautiful hotel with really nice hosts and lovely people working there, altho the food in the morning was just a tiny bit disappointing, other than that everything was amazing, comfortable bed and nice room service as well ;)
