Having stayed in many different hotels before, compared to others I give this hotel three stars. I missed the chance to take room pictures, but I can say the room was very clean and organized. The room didn’t have much decoration, but the lobby, waiting areas, and cafeteria are very nice decorated. I like there are many gardens around the hotel sidewalks. I love birds and I was very happy to wake up with their beautiful songs! The entrance of the hotel is not very appealing but their service and the treatment they gave us when we stayed there was very good. I can not give details about the prices due to the fact that we went to Israel with a group of people and we got a travel package where hotels, food, bus and tickets to see biblical historic sites were included and I have no idea how much was the specific hotel cost. We stayed over night and didn’t have the chance to see if they had any other amenities around the hotel, so if you are looking to sleep and eat breakfast to keep going on your journey around Israel this is a great place to rest.

Very large facilities, excellent for large groups, good food with variety...and most of all plentiful staff and servers constantly attending the buffet, front desk staff very professional...I'd witnessed an extremely abusive guest go at the attendant like a beast and she remained unnaturally calm...she was visibly shaken but never lost her composure...kiddos to her...I did not stay overnight, but members of my family who did, seemed pleased with the accomodations

We reached the hotel at 16:00 the room was not ready till 1630, there was not a place to have a glass of water, nor there is a place to buy some drink. After receiving the room, we went back and forth to find the room. there is a lack of signs, and the signs that refers to the room are wrong. we have been told that the hotel is going through a process of renumbering the rooms. I hope this process is not to complicated and will not last long. We found by a chance that the water park shfaim was closed although it was advertised that it is open. We were told that they are not responsible for booking website. Than we showed them that they sent a few days ago an email that says it is open on weekend in June. they said it is a general message. so we insisted that the reciptionist told us so a few minutes back, we were told she was wrong. mistakes happens. so we showed them a paper they have just gave us saying that it is open, so the general manager just waved the paper back at us and noded some mistyerious node. So we went back home with 4 children. Our children were great by the way, and received it with understanding. If you do intend to go there with your children, I hope you make sure they in good mood, otherwise it can be a disaster

We are not spoiled hotel visitors, the place is beautiful and the area and its surrounding, We've been there for two nights(3 days), for two days the water park was closed for outside visitors. Our room was right beside a wedding hawl, which was partying with load music for both nights until almost 2 am! Hard to sleep like that. The rooms building is not air conditioned at all and was very hot in August. The room's Air condition was good. The bathroom in the room was not clean, curtains was stained, and bathtub was rusting and patched poorly, water was not consistent, overall showering was not comfortable or relaxing at all to say the least. One of the kids mattress was too hard also, otherwise the rooms were fine. The hotel offers some good attractions on paper, but the availability or maintenance is very poor. Pool table and bar only opened from 8 to 11 pm, arcade has ~10 machine, only 2 were working, 4 play station stands, most controllers were not working at all, the kids play room is well stacked though and the kids had good time there. Also you can rent a bike for free, until 11 pm, which are very old pair and badly maintenanced.

Nice rural hotel, lot's of grass and open spaces for kids to ride their bikes and run around. It's not fancy by any means but everything is well made, and nice. It's a great place to be with the kids and family if you want to enjoy the area while having a decent place to sleep and eat at. The food was great, staff was nice. Go to the Kafe Ve Yam (קפה וים) place to watch the sunset and have a drink.

Horrible people. They put up signs forbidding the feeding of stray cats. No one should do buisness with them.

I thought hotels like this have perished in the 30s. Easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in around the world. The electrical outlets don’t work, the rooms are designed to assemble prison selves and the service is nonexistent. Space all the price and go find a real hotel

Dirty and neglected. Breakfast was generous and good. Beds terrible. It was a big disappointment.

Went there for a conference, and I am truely impressed by this place's professionalism: splendid food in excess, professional, friendly and helping staff, and very clean and well-maintained surroundings. Definitely a place I would like to return to!

Bad hotel! And bad employees. Doesn’t worth a penny. It’s not even close to the center. There is nothing over there. Don’t waste your money. Also bad service . Don’t go there!

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The grounds are lovely and the water park is refreshing and entertaining. Unfortunately, there is no swimming pool. The food is adequate. The prices are exorbitant.

Lovely surroundings--trees, birds flowers, vine covered pagodas to sit under. Food was excellent! Lots of fresh salads and desserts. Meats and fish were very tasty. I didn't stay there however.

😐 I find it hard to understand how come you pay so much to get in, and they can't even install soap in the showers for all to use, not to mention the state of the wash room facilities. The male and female sides of the main locker/dressing room have a mutual roof, so the entire female crowd hears loud...
