I spent 9 night here. Start with the good. Feel when you walk in, and business center. The rest of it is just not very good. They miss room cleaning, forget to put all the towels and even when you call it takes forever to get someone on the line and they don’t followup on requests. My bed was bad, they had me on 2 single beds that keeps moving apart. Breakfast, while massive, gets boring very quickly. The bar tenders are not trained well both in the morning and at night. They can’t make cold coffee or have take away cups. The balcony could be great but it is dead most of the time unless they have one of those cocktail class which when they have them guests can’t be served. Pool and gym is a joke and not inviting. Overall very disappointing - i would not recommend or return. Sorry.

A pure pure shame, a total abuse. The amount of disrespect in this place made my loose my temper (and I am a civilized person ! See other comments). The two persons in charge of this spa managed to completely ruin what was supposed to be a romantic surprise. We booked a massage (a room for a couple, specifically; it was the whole point of the romantic surprise made to me ^^) - by phone a week before on the central booking system. The Credit card was recorded. A day before, we called to ask if all was ok cause we didn't get any notification: no, "there was no reservation". After the first shock and disappointment, we agreed on a change of schedule (11am instead of 12am). It was tight for us but what choice did we have? Upon arrival, litteraly 3 minutes before 11 (we were parking on their lot) a "charming" guy named Shay called us on the phone in order to "'warn" us that if we are not here in a few minutes we would "loose" (whatever, time, money, etc). We were a minute away. That was a bold step, given the circumstances (their mistake),and totally out of place for a "luxury" place. Anyway, we arrived and expressed our feelings to the young man (he shouldn't say that on the phone, for it is not very pleasant). A woman called "Oxana" took in from there in the most obnoxious, unprofessional, rude way I have ever met in my long life visiting hotels. She first tried to push us into two different masseurs (we didn't order that, nor wanted it).Then when we expressed her our disapproval, she tried to convince us that we had booked separate rooms (which was a total guess on her side: we had not booked through her the first place). When my friend told her that he had specifically booked the couples room a week before, she started to treat us with a lot of disrespect.I must specify that we are two men. I have no idea if it influenced her behaviour but it was shocking. Telling him basically that he was a lyer. It made me totally loose my temper, and I am a civilized person. It took some time and loads of horrible answers from her to get me there: she was claiming it was all our fault, and that we should anyway arrive 15 minutes in advance. We said: but we are on time, and hurried because of your mistake, and we made it as fast as possible: she said "your choice, I didn't force you to accept 11 am". (!!!!!). Who wouldn't loose their temper when hearing that? So: No proposition to make it up to us, meaning no proposition to make our experience better. I dont know? -> to postpone? to take advantage of the spa ? (and we would have paid for it, we don't ask for favors, just for fairness) while they could try to find a solution ? Nope: it was all about proving us that we were wrong. And she insisted badly. My friend was all shameful, all red, and all frustrated (read the room, lady!). We left very frustrated it ruined our day, one of my last days in israel and left us quite unhappy and sad and sorry. Later on, this woman messaged us on my friend's private phone. Not to express being sorry of anything: but to tell us: "you did not make a reservation for a couple" (!!!! I swear to god. Not only this is totally out of place, no matter what her opinion is; but again: we went through the global reservations system so she had no idea where the mistakes came from, on our side or theirs; and again: booking a room for a couple was the whole point! My friend made it all very specific). So we were pursued even after we left by this obnoxious woman. Why on earth do the let those kind of persons work in a luxury spa? A place where people are supposed to come to relax. One mistake is ok. But I have zero tolerance for this way of dealing with a reservation problem.While telling our story around, we have been told that it was frequent if you're not from the hotel. So: be extremely careful if you book a romantic moment there. At the first problem, you will experience the local rudeness in front of the person you cherish, I won't take that risk ever again.

Spa day with my husband. Pool area and large Jacuzzi are lovely, Dry Sauna was perfect. Lockers, towels and slippers all provided. Tea, cookies and wine were a great touch. Massage - for me was wonderful. For my husband, not so much as the masseuse lectured him when he asked for a stronger massage. Wet Sauna not working which is a shame. Overly lovely. But our biggest issue - Spa area with sofas of tea was super packed with completely dressed people not there for the Spa. Big group of 15+ people sitting crowded on the only 3 reclining chairs, visiting 2 people in robes. Made for a very uncomfortable area that is supposed to be a "relaxation area". Should be for spa inhabitants only without guests, especially so many.

Nice business hotel with a coffee maker in the room, clean , modern look but a little too small room in my opinion. Overall, it was a very fresh and fancy look which I liked. There is a little business lounge that can be used if you have a certain room category, which is nice. Check-in and out were super easy and fast. Nothing really to complain but also nothing extraordinary, everything as you would expect.

Sadly, I do not recommend staying here. My first room had a wet carpet and a sticky floor. I asked, and the kind receptionist quickly gave me a different room. Only by midnight I discovered a few pillows in my new room were stained in burgundy color (wine?), and the bedsheet was ripped in a few points. Great location: only 5 min car driving from the Hertzlia Marina. Parking arrangements: Free Parking floor, Just give the ticket to the reception and you can reenter any time. Breakfast: served early, lots to choose from, overall decent. Spa: Hotel offers free use of the pool and jacuzzi, we couldn't get spa treatments due to capacity. Need to reserve in advance to get it while staying in the hotel. Stuff: overall was ok. I do recommend this hotel for couples that want to relax and have couple of days off to enjoy the location and area around.

The website where I booked our room , had clearly written that there was a bathtub . That was the main reason for my visit. We arrived to an EMPTY hotel with no bathtubs, a boring room with no balcony, a broken empty mini fridge, and a semi broken air conditioning. I spent only one night and was impressed with the service and the rooms. The rooms were exceptionally clean! The sheets were OMG!!!GREAT! They were cool, crisp, and clean. The shower was quite modern and beautiful. The water pressure was just right...powerful and soothing. The temperature settings were very responsive. I was given disposable slippers, and a beautiful monogrammed bathrobe. There was an ample supply of soap and lotions. Extra rolls of toilet paper were provided. Breakfast on the day I checked out was phenomenal! The buffet was fully loaded with a vast array of dishes. Enough ti feed even picky eaters. I loved the overall experience.

Bed was super comfortable. Shower had so much water pressure that it was great after a long, hot day sightseeing in the summer heat. Parking rate was reasonable and very convenient. At check-in I had to pay a second time as my first payment to travel agency has NOT been credited to the hotel for an unknown reason. I still not have been credited and when I ask for my money or where is my money, they claim that transaction has been cancelled and order has been given to Credit Card Company to pay me back. When I say that I haven't received anything from anybody they simply answer that I need to open a case with the Israel credit card company. I cannot accept that the hotel is not helping and solving this problem. So, because of that reason I strongly recommend NOT to stay at this hotel, because they are simply THIEVES... THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY by charging you twice and claiming that it's not their fault !!!! DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL !!! NEVER NEVER ! NEVER !!!!

Only a few minutes walk from the beach and plenty of restaurants. I didn't get time to use the gym or pool, but the room was comfortable and kept very clean, and the food and service in the hotel restaurant/bar were also excellent.

Every touch point was always filled with warm hospitality: Breakfast selection is wholesome, Chef Josef and his team (Vic, Ayala, Laura, Asia, Ester, Wasim, Anton, Maria & many more) not only serve amazing food, they always carry a smile on their face 😊 The front desk team (Jeremy, Ariel, Shely, Dima & more) are always ready to help with all requests 😄 And the Housekeeping team that serves Level 3 & 4 (Kittaneh, Marilyn, Vera, Jovie, Resel, Roselle), including the general housekeeping team (Nico, Ronnie & more) are consistent and always exceed expectations! 👍🏻 They have almost grown to become a family abroad to us, thank you NYX Herzliya - we hope to be back!

I visited three times and my last visit was 2 and half week for business. Rooms are quite, very comfortable. Staff is polite and friendly. Breakfast is open buffet and a variety of alternates you can have. There is roof with nice Herzliya beach view. You can walk to beach in 10 mins. We used the business lounge for evenings. They have also snacks, drinks during the day and the evening in the business lounge. I really recommend this hotel for business and long duration stays. Beginning from thursday to sunday, the hotel welcomes many visitors. The other days it is silent.

I had a two nights stay in the hotel, I'm local so it's a stay to just clear the head not as a tourist. The location is decent, it's close to the Arena, and to done restaurants around. But it isn't by the beach or has some nice view of the city. Less traffic is found in this area. But i would consider the location as a tourist if it fits my needs. The hotel is very nicely decorated to my eyes, the black neat theme is superb at night, it has a nice patio with an olive tree inside. I had the "delux room", which was spacious enough, and fully equipped with what we needed. Cleanliness wasn't the best side of the hotel, the feeling was that somebody is doing this part fast. That's why I'm giving it 4/5. Mainly the lost start is on the cleanliness aspect.

Stayed for 2 weeks, service was kind and friendly, rooms were comfortable, bathroom is a bit dark and not all the lights were functioning. Although iron and kettle are not in the room they can be provided upon request. Parking is on site and reasonably priced. The hotel has sauna and pool which were great. Plenty of restaurants around and walking distance a few things to note: the shower door does not gives full privacy, the room is not cleaned daily, sheets were changed only when. Great location so close to the beach, good choice of restaurants close by. Room was very clean and tidy. All the staff were amazing and very helpful. Great selection for breakfast. Only got to experience the swimming pool, Steam and Sauna on the last day, wish I knew how good it was before, would have spent more time there.

Bathrooms in rooms are not well cleaned. My bathroom smelled like mildew and there was lots of red bacteria mold in the shower. The pool has really limited hours. Bar and restaurant have limited hours. Place looks like it needs maintenance that it's not getting. Staff is generally nice. Felt unwelcome when I did visit the pool and spa this time. Got told very loudly that I wasn't allowed in the treatment area when I was getting a cup of water. When I went to the showers there was an old man cleaning in the women's locker room. Call me a prude, but no. I liked my stay 2 years ago but was a little disappointed this time.

Breakfast is good, rooms are small but tidy. Nice design of halls and lobbies. Housekeeping is crazy and starts waking you up at 8.30 which is strange. No manual on how to use safe and maybe i had a broken one.

The hotel is overpriced for what you get. The pool is tiny- not suitable for laps but the gym is decent. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach. The rooms were small but included a small fridge, safe and were clean and pleasant. The beds were comfortable and the service pleasant.

What an amazing hotel!. Very quiet, very clean, rooms are modern and spacious, and they include a TV, desk with chairs, small refrigerator, and a safe. The location is also good, a walking distance to the marina. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, so much food variety to choose from. It looks like a wedding buffet!. Went to the gym a couple of times, and it has treadmills, free weights, and various machines. All in all, an outstanding experience and great value for money.
