is
NOT
a
hotel,
despite
advertising
the
modern
amenities
and
conveniences
of
a
hotel
on
their
website.
Backstory:
We
stayed
for
two
nights
for
a
wedding.
The
room
itself
was
spacious
and
slept
4
comfortably.
However,
we
only
had
2
towels,
and
the
“hotel”
does
not
have
staff
after
9pm.
We
got
to
Hertzliya
later
than
anticipated,
so
we
ended
up
checking
in
around
then
and
by
the
time
we
realized
how
poorly
stocked
our
room
was,
staff
was
no
longer
around
and
we
had
to
call
one
number
and
was
told
knock
on
a
door
that
went
unanswered,
then
call
another
number
before
someone
finally
delivered
towels
probably
two
hours
later
(quite
late
at
night
by
now,
we
were
trying
to
get
ready
for
bed).
We
had
been
communicating
with
the
hotel
via
email
as
part
of
the
wedding
block,
and
when
we
asked
how
to
actually
book
our
reservation
with
the
wedding
discount
code,
they
emailed
us
saying
they’ve
already
reserved
our
room
for
us.
Cool!
So
it
was
quite
a
shock
when
we
got
an
extra
charge
on
our
card
the
next
day
for
having
4
people.
Nowhere
in
our
email
threads
did
the
hotel
ask
how
many
will
be
staying,
and
the
room
was
advertised
as
sleeping
5
people!
By
the
way,
before
we
even
checked
in,
the
hotel
messaged
us
on
WhatsApp
asking
if
they
could
swipe
our
card
before
we
even
got
to
the
hotel.
What
the
heck?
Furthermore,
our
mini
fridge
was
broken,
and
the
shower
was
an
uncontainable
disaster,
so
we
had
to
mop
up
the
bathroom
afterwards
with
the
few
towels
we
had.
Other
guests
of
the
wedding
reported
similar
conditions
in
their
rooms.
The
security
guard
at
the
front
desk
was
rude,
unhappy,
and
unhelpful.
Glad
to
have
left
and
we’ve
booked
separate
accommodations
for
the
rest
of
our
10
day
trip.
I
will
not
be
staying
here
ever
again.
